Belvita hotel (Former Loutanis) was great for us. The whole staff was great! Especially Philip, Nicolaus, Maria, lady who made pancakes in the mornings (we forgot her name) will stay in our hearts for a long time. Food was good and very affordable. Some visitors sadly didn't pay attention to their childrens' manners. It wasn't nice to see a child picking up a piece of cake, tasting it and putting it back to someone else to eat. The rooms were quite little, especially shower cubicle was very small. Hopefully there will be floor squeegee in the future because the toilets' floor was wet for some time after taking a shower. The closet in the room should have some shelfs so visitor could place clothes in there. Air conditioner worked fine and was included in the price of the hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made our staying very comfortable and therefore we didn't really mind the disadvantages of the hotel. Furthermore there was renovating going on at the hotel. Hopefully next time we come to visit Belvita, the furnitures in the rooms will be updated. Thanks for everything Belvita!

The oldest and shittest "hotel" in The world. Thay have Even changed The name from Loutanis to Belvita. I think becouse of Bad reputation. And tourist tax (7€) like from 4**** hotel. I think, thay put Even this in their own pockets. Room was terrible, everything Broken, Actually All zero star hostels, where I have Been, were better. Food was ok, but only For pigs. Allinclusive, but drinks only after 17.30. Beer and wine from ten. Pool Area was ok, but small For 150 guests.

The hotel on the other hand - Good points: - Pizza was lovely on the afternoon snacks - They fixed the broken toilet seat and the dangerous hair dryer that had a pin stuck in the socket which was live before it was fixed - Liked the slippers and the 1 vanity package (only one for two people) for the room - Like the boat trip from the hotel this was lovely - Some of the staff were lovely Issues: - It looks nothing like the pictures on the website - The shower was not able to hold its own weight without using a small shampoo bottle - The hotel complimentary shampoo and body wash were used and not sealed - The bathroom had mould in shower cubicle - Towels were not changed throughout our entire stay - There was a mark on the communal hall of what looked like hot chocolate on the floor for 5 days of our stay not cleaned - Skirting board on the wall was coming off the wall - Door was hard to lock and unlock - The bedding wasn't changed until 4 days after our stay - We asked to move rooms as the generator was starting for breakfast at 7AM outside our room until 11AM, but no rooms were available - Disability access is none existent at the hotel, it has a lift but to get to the lift you need to either use an inaccessible ramp which is so steep that the wheel chair wouldn't go up it or 10 very steep steps, getting to the pool the ramp is exactly the same issue as the front or with 5 steep steps. To access the dining room you needed to get down 4 very steep steps with no ramp available. - Some of the staff were rude in service - Wifi is NOT available throughout the hotel just in the reception, even then it was patchy at best - Drinks were limited and only allowed through certain times of the day - Snacks were served but these were at the bar where their were flies all over the hot dog and hot sandwich area - They used the same utensils for meat and vegetarians - Sofas were broken along side the sun loungers - The air con was no use nor ornament, as this also cost money to use - "All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a private bathroom, balcony, free TV and telephone" - No parasols were available only permanent shade from a pergola - "The hotel has two swimming pools surrounded by loungers and parasols" - There was no currency exchange available, shop or safety deposit box ". Guest services available include currency exchange, safety deposit boxes for hire, laundry service and a shop."

This place should be closed down! I can say nothing nice about it except the reception staff were polite and helpful the rest of the staff were nasty and miserable, the food is only fit for the pigs swill bucket couldn’t eat there as it was stone cold looked disgusting and restaurant filthy! Room was like hostel accommodation and bathroom smells, broken tiles and drains, after 2 days the glass shower door exploded glass everywhere while my friend was in it she was cut and highly traumatised they couldn’t offer us change of room because not a room available! The older man was so rude behind the bar that we didn’t even want to ask for a drink! We ate out every day and brought drinks I so it was completely self catering! Seriously please take notice of the bat reviews as they are the only honest ones!

Stayed at this hotel for a week end September 2023 a family of 3. Booked all inclusive. On arrival we was told if we wanted any drinks we would need to pay as they had set times so for 2 juice drinks we paid 14 euros. Then to find the bed super uncomfortable you couldn’t get a full night sleep as it was rock hard you couldn’t move without it creaking. Had to pay for air conditioning, towels wasn’t changed daily. Cleaners mopped the floors daily an that was about it. Pool was rotten. Food was atrocious and always cold.Had to eat out mostly. Cockroaches and ants in the room. On a plus side they did pool side food once every few days which was edible. Pictures must be from years ago. Hotel had a different name. Maybe check the reviews before booking.. definitely not a 4 star hotel. Maybe 2-3 star. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for two weeks in july/ august with all inclusive. When we booked this hotel it was listed as a 4 star hotel. When we arrived it looked more like 2 - 3 star hotel ( 20 year ago it was a 4 star hotel). The hotel had also changed name to Belvita. The only thing that had 4 star standard was the size of the room. The bathroom on the other hand was tragic, it was so small. The shower was 70 x 70 cm, I'm 1,88 and 100+ kg so this was a nightmare. The bed was very bad, I was afraid that it was going to fall apart. There was a tv in the room but impossible to watch. Room service the first week was good. The second week there was another team and with this team there was problems every day. They did not speak English and there was a lak of manners. One day they just entered our room and my girlfriend stod naked in the room. No apologize - nothing! The food they served was in general the same every day and it was dry and tasteless. There was a couple of times the kitchen was "lucky" and served good food. If you go to a cheap fast-food restaurant you get this kind of food. This is no 4 star hotel kitchen. The pool area was tired, grass was growing through the concrete. I our 2 weeks periode I never saw the pool was cleaned. The pool area was also to small for all the guests. According to the woman at the front desk the hotel had about 100 rooms. There was 60 - 80 sunbeds and a lot of them was broken. I don't know how the rating system works in Greece but I know the country is corrupt to the core. If you are planning to book a stay at this hotel consider that the pictures are at least 10 years old.

Arrived at the hotel (now called Belvita Hotel) to be told that they were overbooked and we were to be taken by taxi to another hotel. This was not the best of starts as we were only staying for 4 nights. The hotel we were moved to was actually very nice and had direct access to the beach. The following morning we were taken back to this hotel and upgraded from the hotel to one of the private villas with its own pool. The lead receptionist and manager were so helpful, polite and just genuinely lovely. Could not complain about any of the staff, all very polite and helpful. We were not being picked up until 18:00 for our return flight and we were allowed to stay in the villa all day. Could not fault the staff at all, the villa was amazing, just what we needed for our 4 night relaxing break. The food was well cooked and what you expect from this class of all inclusive hotel. Thank you to all the staff for a lovely short break.

Don't be put off by the reviews. The hotel has obviously smartened up its act and renamed . Now the Belvita. The staff were great and very helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are fine. The pool and bar area is nice. Food is OK and what you might expect from an all inclusive. The beach is about 10 minutes walk and there is a daily bus. Local restaurants and bars are also about 10 minutes away on foot.

NIE POLECAMY! Wakacje kupione przez biuro podróży. Opis hotelu zachęcający. A tym czasem: 1.Pajęczyny 2. Brud 3.
