We had a Absolutely gorgeous relaxing week here Rooms so clean and perfectly decorated Breakfast and dinner was a feast and absolutely delicious All staff were so helpful and friendly and couldn't do enough for you If you want a week away of pure relaxation and superb food then this is the place. We loved it so much that we are going again in May for a week pure bliss

Wonderful property! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room and entire property was very clean. The location was convenient for walking around and for day trips to other parts of the island. Can’t say enough great things about our stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

One of the best, if not the BEST hotel in Mediterrian area I’ve been. Room and our own pool were as described, breakfast very extensive. But what impressed me, was the kindness and hospitality we met. We were ill couple of days and we were brought fruits and food without asking, and followed afterwards how we are doing. Nice suprise was birthday cake to the room, winebotlle and fruits by arrival and fruits in last evening and farewell gift.

So for starters we paid extra for the sea front room but we were put on the ground floor so we had a road view room, if I had known it was that close to the road I wouldn’t have paid the extra to be honest. The room was lovely very modern very clean but the cleaners woke us up every morning it sounded like they were dragging furniture round constantly so either we were positioned close to the cleaners cupboard or they walls are thin. We had gone with a few couples on a different booking and we found out towards the end of the holiday we had two single beds where as they a king size bed even though we paid the same amount for the room? When a different friend checked out they got offered a free bottle of olive oil but we checked out a day later and didn’t get offered one? I feel like you should keep everything consistent for all guests especially since they paid less than us for their room as they didn’t upgrade. The pool has enough room for about 5 people round it and is also a quiet zone so we had to spend every day at the beach which if I’m being honest if that was advertised I probably wouldn’t have stayed here. This didn’t spoil our time here and the restaurant staff Especially were so lovely and the food at the hotel was amazing just a few things I think they could improve.

Staff helpful & friendly Spotlessly clean Breakfast ok - Sun-beds around pool very few for the size of hotel. Have to pay daily to use their private beach. For a 5* hotel was amazed. Requested a late check out but they couldn’t accommodate. The showering facilities totally inadequate at their gym and reception no help. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

The expectation we had for a "Seafront Luxury Suites" Hotel was rather different than what we experienced checking-in. It's basically a nice and small City Hotel in front of the main road, which is throughout the day very noisy and full of exhaust emissions one is breathing sitting on the nice terrace. It's a new and modern Hotel, nice architecture with modern furnishing. Hotel rooms are standard, nothing exceptional and for sure not what one expect by reading "luxury suites". Food in the restaurant is standard. We will for sure not return and I cannot recommend it

This is a very new and immaculate property. The rooms are exceptional and the staff are very helpful and polite. However, running between the hotel and the beach is a very busy road, probably not heard from the back. Also there is a lovely pool but very few sun beds (we didn’t find any time that it was not full) so we couldn’t use it. Finally don’t book level 3 under the dining room unless you don’t mind hearing chairs dragged on the tiled floor over your head from early until late. Otherwise good.

My hubby and i arrived on 11th june The hotel is lovely very nice and clean ,rooms cleaned every day clean towels every day although dont do what i did mistakenly pressed a button to say (DO NOT DISTURB IN THE ROOM ) there is a button next to beds to press ....but we didnt realise it had been pressed so didnt get room done , But i asked for clean towels and reception had them sent . We didnt realise it was long trousers for men in evening for dinner ,we explained to reception and they was ok with it . Also i did email the hotel way before we arrived and asked if they done gluten free ,we was told they have a gluten free section in the buffet . When we arrived, we looked for gluten free there wasnt any ! We asked the waiter he said ,ok just one moment so we waited he come out with 1 slice of bread for 2 people lol . So my hubby has ibs and i just prefer gluten free products so he had bad stomach most of time as wasnt eating gluten free . Then half way through the holiday they said ohhh mr jones you are gluten free lol we laughed and said well its a bit late now its nearly home time . They only mainly cater for germans only 1 english chanel on tv thats the news . We left our towels on sunbeds next to the pool to go have some lunch ,got back and 2 germans had taken our towels off and put thiers on and was in the pool ...soooo rude . I did contront them they made they didnt know what i was saying . So i reported it ,they reception ladies are lovely and happy all the time . Everyone who worked at the hotel was lovely couldnt do enough for you x Beach is ok a little cobbly near water and a huge dip to get in ...most greek places are like this though . Great wifi at the beach and in rooms . We wanted to upgrade but no rooms left all fully booked i did ask for a room high up before we arrrived but heard nothing back about this, as im not a lover of ground floor rooms .

Everything was smal The rooms are small (we stayed in a so called Junior Suite ) with a whirlpool on the terrace. Everything was smal, the room was with small wardrobes and little space to hang clothes. In one wardrobe there was a minibar in the other a safety box. The terrace was with sea view but between hotel and the sea/beach is a very noisy and trafficked road. Not a place you want to stay to enjoy a quiet day with a book. Staff was amazing, breakfast also outstanding, but sadly not enough for us to want to come back. What we did not use was pool area, but it also looked very small, even the rooms with own pool access, looked like “big bathtubs “ not a pool for real swimming.
