This fantastic hotel has a perfect location on a lovely sandy family beach which the children loved playing on. The bedrooms are comfortable modern and spotlessly clean - as is the entire hotel. Amazing friendly kind staff who went above and beyond to welcome us when we arrived at the last minute late one night and worked hard to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable throughout. Our daughter celebrated her birthday whilst staying and they even arranged a special birthday cake for her as a surprise and let her choose a movie for their outdoor movie screening that night. Great spa and lovely breakfast buffet too.

What a truly wonderful stay we had in Atermono. The staff were so kind and caring, true attention to detail. The room was very comfy, only thing to fault was not enough hanging space for towels in the bathroom. Super comfy bed, delicious buffet breakfast, heavenly rooftop pool, amazing bar, direct access to the beach and more! All staff knew the local area, places to eat and top tips! Huge thanks especially to Vallia and Ioanna who made my friend and I feel truly welcome! Fyi : Make sure you go to Cafe Vergina, a short walk away, great food and Greek dancing!

Beautifully set just off the beach, this hotel has the perfect mix of comfort, luxury, friendliness and relaxation. The staff are incredible, nothing too much trouble however the biggest praise goes to the chef! He is incredible, food so fresh and delicious. Definitely 5*****

As soon as you step into the hotel you get a very calm atmosphere. All the staff members from the front desk to the service at breakfast or at the pool and also at the spa were so friendly! Our room was more on the smaller size but never than less we had a big shower, a balcony and also it was always very clean. The spa treatments were also very relaxing thanks to Zaina (I hope I got the name right) At the beach you have sunbeds for free and there is the bar ammos right at the beach where they serve you some delicious meals! Also there are some nice restaurants around the hotel where you get classic Greek meals. All in one a very nice hotel to relax.

Staff were very accommodating and helpful. Upon arrival we were upgraded from a standard room to a beautiful large room with a private pool, we did not request this and staff were very kind to offer this to us for a few nights to make our holiday even more enjoyable. Rooftop pool was very relaxing and had a beautiful view of the ocean. Hotel is situated in a nice area close to beach with plenty of tavernas and shops nearby. 5 minutes from busier rethymno by taxi. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the atermono and would love to return someday.

This hotel is simply beautiful. If you’re staying in Crete, thoroughly recommend it. All the staff, management, cleaners, waiting personnel so friendly and helpful. Everyone is more than happy to go above and beyond. This was evident when my husband and I asked to change rooms to one that was all on one level, Valia the Guest Relations Manager resolved it for us post haste. Everything is so clean, all the staff do an amazing job. The breakfast and food from the bar is delicious and well presented. Sitting by the pool is stunning as you’re facing the sea - definitely a place to sit, relax and watch the world go by. The beds are extremely comfortable so no problem with a good night’s sleep. The outdoor theatre great fun and all facilities top of the range. Amazing restaurant literally 50 yards round the corner too but be warned, book as it gets incredibly busy and the portions are huge!!

This is a lovely, stylish boutique hotel with a great pool and restaurant. We only stayed one night during a business trip, but really would have loved to stay longer for a holiday.

Breakfast was excellent, lady behind the counter makes fresh products all the time. At the reception the ladies were really nice. Personnel, specially at the pool bar/restaurant made our day, one place where i would like to go again. The level of their restaurant is one of the best we had during our three week stay in the island, just marvelous cuisine.

Hotel is lovely, very modern. We stayed in a room with a private pool. I would have liked a screen between the pools next to ours to make it private. Had a lovely facial from Zina in the spa. Staff are fantastic throughout the hotel and go out of their way for you. My only complaint overall is the quality of the towels. For a 5* hotel this would be very simple to change. Nothing beats a nice fluffy towel.
