The family used to stay here about 5-6 last year by taking relatives to stay with 10 people, but that trip was not personal, so it was the first trip to Nakhon Phanom. In choosing to stay here because the first time before the family came to stay, it was good. So okay, try .... to Check in around 2 times. Room worn, not clean. Not good value for money. Common areas and elevator smelled. Easy access to Tesco, which may be the 'view' mentioned. Location ok, but there has to be better choices in area. Breakfast adequate, but typical 'western' style breakfast, two eggs, some hot dogs, sliver of processed ham, white toast and salad. Rice porridge also available.

Beautiful swimming pool A lot of people playing in the water, as well as a water park, a little noisy, but I like it very much, good service, book through the website early, inexpensive, suitable for families with children. Stayed in February 2022 for 2 nights, the staff gave the room to us even though they knew that the toilet lid was not tight, until checked out they still hadn’t fixed it. Breakfast has a bread zone, orange jam, strawberry jam, steamed rice, egg fried rice, 2-3 more menus to be chosen. egg zone, fried egg, omelet, etc. boiled rice, vietnamese noodles. fruits are quite fresh and clean. Pure water, orange juice seemed like they mixed with many brands. Fresh milk, cornflakes, quite a variety, food are okay. Good location, next to the Mekong River walkway, there is a 7-11 next to the hotel, opposite the hotel there is a parking lot which quite spacious and comfortable. Located in the heart of the city, not far to drive and look around. there is a walking street just 3-5 mins drive. Stunning view of Makong river if requesting a room on the river side.You will see the sunrise, cool breeze, and there are bicycles to borrow to ride. There are many restaurants nearby good for dinner, gas station. it takes about 20-25 minutes to drive from the airport. If renting a car, do not fill up the oil here. the oil will reduce 1 mark and be fined from the company you can’t say you won’t pay because you have limited time. Go to fill up near the airport.

Go on errands at the court, we reserved another place. Coming out of the court, I found in front of the court, why is the hotel with the same name, so I stopped by to ask Chao to tell the same owner, but different branches, so we arranged in front of the court so I was tired. He managed to let us cancel the branch that we reserved. At the counter, enter the system that we have booked and paid in 1 Not the hotel owner came to arrange for himself, very cute. The hotel is clean, comfortable. The service is excellent.

An acceptable place to stay for a few nights. Location is a few kilometers outside of the city center/walking street area. The sister hotel, R2, is located right behind so you have that option as well. There's generous parking and hotel grounds are maintained and tidy. Check-in is a bit stiff, receptionists doing the bare minimum and hardly saying anything. The room was perfectly fine with good cleanliness and comfy bed, everything is still in quite nice condition. However, walls are paper thin so can't say the room felt private as the soundproofing was so poor you could hear people cough in the adjacent room and lean against the headboard of their bed which was against the wall—just to give you an idea. Also found that the bathroom had a strange odor, perhaps coming from the pipes. The hotel has a coffee shop, Japanese restaurant, and a rooftop bar/restaurant; the latter was always empty and staff would be lounging outside, leaning against the railing and eyeing guests from above. Even when we went upstairs, no one said a word or approached to welcome us, so we ended up going someplace else. At the time of our visit, breakfast was closed and had been since the pandemic. Reception isn't available 24h but there's a guard on duty at night, we checked-out at dawn and found the guard sleeping soundly on the sofa in the lobby.

This hotel has, defintely and no doubt, the best pool in town. Although is not very clean. the glass limiting the pool is dirty and this is not desirable to enjoy the views. Good thing is the bar, the ”cloud 67a” that is fantastic and they have very nice food and good coffee. Rooms are very basic and no views. They are not spotted clean but correct. The price, depending on how you hire the room can vary from 1100 to 2500 or 3000 that is totally unaceptable for a only river view room with no more amenities or specials. Will defintely go back if the pool is clean if not, I will continue staying somewhere else and will go there only for a cup of coffee if it is not crowed. Thank you so much and hope this helps
