Very beautiful and clean garden hotel, very cost-effective. The room is big and bright with a view of the hotel garden. The service staff was very hospitable and upgraded our room. Everything is perfect.

Due to several events and the F1 race, we had serious difficulties in making a reservation in Bologna. Following recommendations from TripAdvisor reviewers, we arrived at SAN GIOVANNI and everything was confirmed... in fact, much higher than our expectations. Clean and sanitized rooms, free parking, excellent sleep quality, rich and delicious breakfast, relaxing garden.....Summarizing: Could not be better. Highly recommended.

This hotel is super . Basic but wonderful. Very clean with staff especially Francesco and owner who were always there to help when we needed. Rooms spacious and grounds amazing to chill in and take in the sun and fresh air. Close to airport snd approx 35 minutes to central Bologna

Struttura molto caratteristica a gestione famigliare, non un classico hotel. Parcheggio nel giardino della struttura. A prima impressione tutto bello e white però si constata l'utilizzo di oggettistica e materiali un po' cheap. Ho dovuto pagare la camera all'arrivo perché la mattina dopo forse non ci sarebbe stato nessuno alla piccola reception. La camera è carina ma non nuovissima, abbastanza pulita. La porta scricchiolava e l'ambiente un po' freddo. Colazione discreta, cameriere molto gentile. Una buona struttura ma le fotografie sono un po' fuorvianti.

Hotel molto bello e sopratutto silenzioso. Il total white è veramente rilassante. Sono stato in quella zona per attività sportiva e se dovessi tornare soggiornero' sicuramente la. Ho trovato personale gentilissimo . Prima colazione molto buona e abbondante.
