When we checked out the staff at the front asked for our payment for the room. We said we had already paid through trip.com, but she said she didn’t see it. It took her a while to check and suddenly she said we were free to go, without confirming our room was prepaid. She was not the nicest staff. Now we are worried we will be double charged.

We only stayed for few hours for a stop over sleep. Not much expectation giving the price. But still it was far from our expectation. Don’t really mind the stain on carpet floor, but bed sheet was disgusting that we could not sleep well. Breakfast was average but good enough for us before going on the second part of journey.

Didn’t grant my request adjoining room. When I phoned they said yes its a adjoining room but when were checked in they said they can’t give the adjoining room..no good front crew…
