Checked in and had a horrible smell in my room, they sprayed it and it came back, they cleaned it and it came back. There is no smoking allowed anywhere around the building you must leave the property, the rooms where small and there are 4 big cranes working over the top of the building all day everyday. Not the best stay.

Very clean room, breakfast delicious, staff nice, inconvenient location for travel, have Lawson front of hotel.

The staff service is excellenct , the room is new, clean and comfy. The hotel location is a bit far from the city center, around 10-15 mins drive to the shopping mall and the beach.

Hotel is very new and offer limited choice for dinner. There are no restaurants nearby the hotel. There is vending machines to grab some snacks and instant noodles. Or you can grap something’s from convenience store. Room size is decent with comfortable bed and pillow. There are plenty of parking space. Check in late at night is ok.

Overall it was good experience with hotel. Only issue with hotel is they didn’t updated the correct location on google map & If you will follow the map then can’t reach the hotel.

Newly IHS Brand in Rayong. Have LAWSON in front of the hotel. Value with money.

The hotel is located about 8 km from PMY intersection. You will walk to the supermarket. or Yomjinda Road Or going to Saeng Chan Beach is considered not very far. Or going to see the tulips in Map Ta Phut is not far. Or you can easily exit on line 36, but to circle back to the hotel Had to make a U-turn, very confused. Now around the hotel there is condo construction. There may not be a very good view. But inside the hotel it wasn't too busy. There's Lawson downstairs, or you can walk to the nearby ptt station and there's a lot to eat. The swimming pool is neither small nor large. There is a separate children's pool. But if there are a lot of people using the service, it feels a bit uncomfortable. But what I don't like is that there are only 4 beds on the adult side of the pool. It seemed a little small. On the day I went there was not enough room to sit or put things. Bedroom, bathroom, excellent, Holiday Inn standards, very cool air conditioning, complete equipment. Breakfast room There is more variety of food than expected, but from 8:00 a.m. onwards, the food cannot be replenished in time. Walking around, I don't know what to eat. Porridge and fried eggs can't be added in time, they always run out.

It's about 10 minutes away from the pier. The room I was given is far from the road, so it's quiet. If I'm given a room in this location next time, I'll stay there again. The breakfast is OK, not rich, but filling. This location is close to the RTC port area, so it's a bit remote. There's a Lawson opposite the first floor. There's a gas station nearby, and there are several restaurants in the gas station, including KFC, and a Thai restaurant. I ate two meals in the Thai restaurant and thought it was pretty good. There's a small swimming pool, a very mini one, and the gym is also on that floor.

When making the reservation, I forgot to include the request for twin bed. Edit in booking after booking When checking in, inform the staff again and they will find a room for you according to request. Wait a moment for the room. Got a high floor room But it's a view of the construction of the building next door. Clean room with all basic amenities. But the bathroom leaked water when showering. But it's not too bad. There isn't much breakfast but it's not bad. But Thai food is not very delicious. Having tea and coffee available to press from the machine is considered good. The bakery is quite solid.
