The breakfast is average, the room is small and the facilities are outdated. Normal people don't live here. The service is very strange, I have reported to the general manager of the hotel because the waitress sexually harassed me. There is nothing around, it is very inconvenient to travel. It is not a place suitable for tourist accommodation, only if necessary for business activities. 4 star standard can't be higher

That's my second time I visited Ramada hotel Islamabad I'm not really leaving up in Pakistan we didn't book table we just walk in to check what's going on in there so we find it out fantastic Special thanks to chef making so tasty live potato pakors and other sort of things second thing goes to service manager Mr Naveed who is accomdating us with his best level and his team member Mr Younas to taking care of us and the tea he prepared for us something special out of world. It is a boutique hotel with highly personalized service. The location is perfect in F6/4 area with the best restaurants such as Nando's, Chop Chop Wok and Chaaye Khaana at a stone's throw away. For shopping also, the souvenir, carpets and fashion boutiques are 5 minutes walk away. The location is very secure and the security guard opens the gate with a smile. The hotel manager checks in efficiently and provides an overview of the facilities. The butlers informed us about the clothes washing facility which is done at Marriott's laundry shop. The room was clean and equipped with all necessities including coffee and tea, fast wifi, lots of tv channels and adequate toiletries. The water pressure and temperature was perfect for soothing shower. The breakfast was scrumptious and included ommellete as well as Pakistani style. The hotel manager Faraz was super friendly and helped me get print outs . He also guided me on sightseeing areas. In short, this place is great for an affordable price and I will stay here again.

A good facility clean, hygienic and maintained. Slightly overpriced, however reasonable enough. Problem with respect connectivity on reception desk as numbers are not answered in case of any eventuality while ensuring booking or seeking any adjustments in booking.
