"Here is an objective but clear review: ★☆☆☆☆ I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Hotel One. The air conditioning in my room wasn't working upon arrival. In the high temperatures, I had to wait over two and a half hours until I was finally assigned a different room around 1:30–1:45 a.m. The next morning, however, I was asked to change rooms again. The next room was significantly smaller, even though I had paid for a higher-category/more luxurious room. Furthermore, the room was clearly not yet fully renovated: it was dirty, there was grime everywhere, and it smelled strongly of sweat. After that, I was sent to yet another room. This one also had problems – among other things, electrical cables were hanging loose, and this room was also very dirty. In total, my room has now been changed four times. I have now been in my fourth room for over 30 minutes, and once again the air conditioning is not working. At reception, I was told that a technician would come, but so far no one has appeared. Four room changes, several rooms with significant defects, malfunctioning air conditioning, dirt, and poor organization – this has nothing to do with the service one should expect from a hotel. For the price paid, this is absolutely unacceptable. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel. Very disappointing."
