Amazing property. Has a vibe on its own. The room size isn't that big but they have retained its authentic 100 year old building and converted it into hotel rooms. The 6 course meal was good. The service was excellent. The property itself is a wonder and has so much aroma to it with its multiple parks and events that take place. The spice tea offered as welcome drink was something I have never tasted before and was excellent.

It is already the best hotel in the area, but the hotel is very old. The lobby looks okay, but there is a very strong musty smell in the room. The dinner and breakfast are not delicious, and it is not very friendly to Chinese people. Everything in the room is... No, it took half an hour to check in and ten or twenty minutes to check out. I don’t know what to confirm.

As a transition hotel between the two Resplendent Ceylon hotels, this British-style hotel located in Noir Aire is good. The lobby, restaurant, and courtyard facilities are rich. The food in the restaurant is also diverse and delicious, and the price is very cost-effective. , the only disadvantage is that due to the high altitude of 2400 meters, the temperature is low, the room is cold, there is no air conditioning, and the cup feels a bit damp.

This is the perfect place to stay if you need some „holidays in your holidays“ and want to relax after busy days in Sri Lanka’s hot cities and landscape. Nuwara Eliya provides nice cool weather to relax and this hotel provides anything else you need: most comfortable beds in Sri Lanka, great bathroom with the best products I’ve used during my trip, great service, nice outside area and walking distance to Lake Gregory or some nice restaurants (especially if you’re longing for a nice Italian pizza after weeks of curry for breakfast and dinner 😉). Definitely recommending this place to stay! (They also organize trips, drivers and TukTuks for you. You just need to ask.)

What a lovely hotel this is in a good area of Nuwara Eliya, away from the hubub of the busy city and not far from the Gregory Lake. We had a very comfortable, spacious and tastefully decorated room, a very good meal in the restaurant and a nice breakfast. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only thing to note is that this hotel does not serve alcohol, so does not have a bar or serve wine with meals so if you are looking forward to your evening cocktail, you might be, as we were, a little disappointed.

Arriving in the afterglow of the setting sun, the two-story small building of this villa is quite suitable for couples or a family of four. Since our tour guide only accompanies us for one day, we solved the dinner problem before arriving at the destination. This was a great place to stay in Nuwareliya. The Villa is beautifully kept with 3 cozy rooms and a great small garden for some early morning teas! The staff were quite helpful, and the villa is located in close proximity to the Nuwareliya town. It is one of the most peaceful villas to stay at with a good view of some tea fileds. It is definitely worth a visit for couples, a group of friends and/ or Family.
