I love this hotel. Been here twice now. Its a beautiful building in a traditional style. I would like to say thank you to the English speaking receptionist I met on both trips who was very kind and helpful and spoke very good English.

酒店位置很好，客房服務員還不錯，但是真心的説設施太老了，而且房間味道很大，餐廳服務極度的差，小朋友吃早飯要收 19 元，全是山東特色吧。本來想看開門大典離得近一點，但是沒想到這個酒店那麼差。打車司機説酒店包給村裡了，衹能説不會再去曲阜旅遊，100 分打分能給 20 分吧。

設施：應該是上個世紀的裝修吧，老舊，空調按鈕按不動
衞生：衞生有點差，床頭上一層灰塵，進門一股潮濕的味道
服務：服務太差，晚上送個被子半天送不過來，來了之後態度很差；早餐小童超過1米就要收費，也不給解釋，態度特別差，一種愛吃不吃的態度，這就是東方聖城的服務嗎，實在是有點不敢恭維
環境：環境是唯一不錯的地方，位置也合適

酒店房間太老了。設施也特別舊，説心裡話，住的不滿意。偏貴。第一次讓孩子打電話問前台要瓶水，説要5塊錢一瓶。住了那麼多酒店，第一次碰到酒店礦泉水收費？？？？很震驚。第二次我打電話告訴我免費了。
孩子1.4米多，吃早餐收半價，感覺這個酒店特別計較。
