In a very convenient location, near to food n attractions. The room was big n the beds were comfortable. Reception team was polite, pleasant and efficient. Hotel also provided good maps. Will stay again. Tks for all the good work. Keep it up.

We impressed with the service here. Multiple employees we met, including Peter at the bell desk, were so genuinely helpful and kind. Service is definitely a highlight at this property. The rooms here are very large and comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate shower and tub. The room was very quiet, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel at the main buffet restaurant. In the evening, the seafood buffet was a great experience

The hotel room is clean and neat, Hotel staff are alert, friendly, polite and prompt action to our needs. We have a wonderful night to celebrate father's birthday with a surprised hotel complementary birthday cake and well served by a kind Hotel staff especially Miss Orange 徐红 . We will definitely book this hotel again if we return to QuanZhou city. Keep up to good works!

The hotel has excellent location, nea to many tourist spots like Confucius temple, Kaiyuan temple, Zhongshan street, qingjing mosque, west street, etc. It's a pity that the reception staff demonstrate very poor attitude and service. There is no welcome. We were made to feel like we're imposing on them, especially when they were talking to each other and we're being ignored. However the rest of the hotel support was exceptional especially housekeeping. We appreciate the fruits, snack and dessert for supper. The room is very clean and well furnished, not old like some reviews mentioned. Bottled water available near the lift, to collect as you need.large variety of breakfast, buffet style. Food quality is normal, local dishes. Highly recommend to stay here.

The room was quite comfortable, and there was a sofa chair to lie down on. I was a little surprised by the toiletries set in this hotel. When I smelled it, I thought it was L'Occitane. I like the smell of verbena, and I also have her verbena series at home. I searched and found that this is a brand of Grebo, which is definitely a substitute for L'Occitane.

Xiamenair is near a food street which opens late into the night. It takes about 20-30 minutes walk to the Old Town attractions. Better to get a taxi or didi e-hailing. The staff was very helpful. Fruits and light snacks are provided in the evening/night at the lift lobby on every floor. The sleep was excellent. It wasn’t noisy at all in my room facing the street. Hot water shower and the air conditioning work very well. I used CNY500 as cash deposit. But the service staff was kind to return me the deposit without having to wait too long.

This time I was traveling with my family's elderly. I saw someone comment that the hotel was old before, and the hotel had a notice that it was being upgraded. The room was clean and the facilities were complete. There is a laundry room on the first floor, and the washing and drying are separated. The laundry is free and the drying fee is 8 yuan, which is not expensive. The hotel is very close to several world heritage sites, and you can walk or take the local white car. Quanzhou is worthy of being a ”half city fireworks and half city fairy” city, which is very suitable for slow life.

There wasn't any tourist stuff in the area, but West Street was a 15 minute car ride away. The hotel was spacious and clean and had great front desk and cleaning staff.

I have to say that the environment is particularly good, after all, the place that has received the national leaders! When walking around the lake, I also encountered a geese that provoked me. He didn't know that I loved to eat the big goose the most, bold! There are children, and they also specially equipped with children's toothbrushes. The quality of the toothbrush is very good. Just moved in and took the initiative to deliver more mineral water, considerate!
