Toilet bowl gets clogged easily. The first time it got clogged (in the afternoon after we checked in), the owner responded immediately and rectified the problem. The second time (early in the morning), the owner did not respond.

很好。在晉江邊，旁邊是晉江大橋，在商場上的公寓樓裏，泉州站K1路公交直達。沿江有步道，散步晨跑的好地方。樓下有超市食館，晚上有攤販，方便。我住的是複式單位的上層，很大，清潔舒服。攜程各名目優惠下82塊錢一晚，滿意。

位置很好，樓下傍晚六點多過後就有很多夜市擺攤的，下樓就能直接進入泰禾廣場商場裏面，商場五樓六樓也都是吃的。邊上廣場那邊七八點左右還有噴泉水秀表演！！吃完晚飯沿着江邊往潯埔村方向走，可以邊吹着海風邊欣賞風景。

房間在高樓層，寬敞明亮，也比較安靜。服務態度很不錯，有問必答，基本上都是秒回的。來潯埔簪花的可以來這家，離潯埔村很近，交通也比較便利，主要是吃喝玩樂要啥有啥。

設施：完善，有空調還有暖氣
衞生：房間還行，衞生間很臭
環境：吃飯方便，交通便利，樓下有公交站，還有當地的公享電動車，離海邊很近，早晚在海邊散步很近，停車方便，負一層有停車場
服務：管家服務回覆很快，手機自助登記入住，保潔服務差。
沒拍照，攜程上圖與實際相符
下次來泉州還選這裏，最主要的是離世界文化遺產潯埔村很近，沿江邊過去就到了漁人碼頭

房子有點久。廁所的把手都是壞的。隔音比較差。應該是loft改造的。人比較雜。唯一的好處就是離商場很近。過年期間房價漲了4倍多。
