The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it was a very wide buffet spread. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. And the swimming pool is so nice. "Hospitality, kindness, cleanliness and service were there as expected .The location is great- I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again if I’m back in Quanzhou"
Especially the service manager Ann provide professional service make me feel very impressive.^_^

The hotel is very new, the check-in experience is very good, and the front desk is very welcoming. After dining in the restaurant and gym activities, service staff will send you to the elevator. The small drawback is that water overflows outside when showering in the room. I accidentally lost the charger when I left. Yang Hanqin at the front desk enthusiastically contacted me and helped me send it back. Thank you so much!

2024年新開的酒店，廈門建發集團旗下的，硬件是槓槓滴，服務衞生都很好！套房公寓是一室一廳兩衞，有家庭用冰箱、微波爐，挺適合小住幾天的。還可以享受行政酒廊的服務。因地理位置在泉州待開發的新區，周邊比較冷清。其他都很好！

酒店是新開業的，各種設備都非常新，房間很大，住在裏面非常舒服。酒店免費升級了客房，因為我們到的比較早，酒店前台還是儘快安排打掃人員把房間打掃乾淨讓我們可以早點入住。酒店為客人免費提供泉州特色簪花頭飾和衣服，讓我們也體會一下泉州女性的古典美。缺點是酒店位於新區，周邊是市政府等機關和許多大企業，適合商務出差，如果純旅遊，這裏離景點比較遠，出門衹能打車。

能感受到他們是想做好的，但是這次住的實在是不滿意。兩天晚上都會打電話過來説要不要甜湯，這初衷是好的，但是沒有考慮我這種睡不好要早點睡的人的感受，第一天九點鐘，剛好睡下被吵醒，第二天我還看了看時間，他們九點鐘沒打來，於是躺下了，結果九點半打了過來，剛好又被吵醒。然後説打掃，我從未見過哪個五星級酒店八點鐘趁你不在迅速的一打掃的，出來休個假，不是起來吃早飯然後慢慢悠悠回來洗澡再收拾的嗎，回來後看到人家已經打掃過了，洗完澡浴巾啥的又用過了，於是打電話給前台説能不能再打掃一遍浴室，回來發現並沒有打掃過，打電話給前台，過了一會，客房部打電話過來質問説明明打掃過了，頓時氣不打一出來。明明能感受到酒店想給客户好的體驗，但是事情做的總是差了一些，希望可以改進

首先，酒店特別好，非常新，服務也好。vivian事無鉅細都幫我們安排的特別妥當，還送了一個小孩的早餐，感謝。
其次，我們住的房間也特別好，親子房一張巨大床一張大床，有很多玩具，還有270°一線風景。哪裡都不去，在房間待着就特別舒服。房間的小冰箱裏有各種飲料，都是免費的，礦泉水給了很多瓶。這個房型還送了行政酒廊禮物，有飲料甜點小食。晚飯酒廊還有四種套餐可選，我們都沒機會去別的餐廳吃飯。
最後，早餐也太好吃了。本地特色，中式的西式的各種現做的，有鮮榨果汁，還有字面意思的“現榨”橙汁。總之驚喜不斷，下次來泉州一定還住這裏。
