酒店是在一個老舊小區，沒有電梯；廚房灰塵多，冰箱、鍋都發黴了，衞生間的情況看照片；熱水器出來的水是腐臭味，很久都去不了，洗腳後，身上也會有味道。床是硬板床，兩個枕頭一個是麻將竹板枕，很硬；一個是膨鬆棉的小軟枕，完全沒有支撐力。沒有Wi-Fi、機械門鎖，沒有電子鎖。女主人瞭解房況，不停道歉，但什麼都沒有做。不建議該房繼續出租。
