I used family room. Room is big. Heater is very good.
Kids facilty almost broken.
When you go hot spring, you dont need wait in line. Get in the car as soon as possible. If you wait long time, staff couldnt help you. Staff said walk with 2 children.
If you have dinner in restaurant, you couldnt eat hot barbecue.
They alredy make so almost cold.
Shuttle is not enough. They operate only one car due to low battery. When we return hotel , staff said need to wait due to no battery lol

環境:臨山而建，森林氧吧，空氣非常清新衞生:衞生很乾凈
服務:酒店很貼心，知道有小朋友幫忙升級了親子房，親子房也太可愛了吧!
設施:酒店温泉很乾凈，水質很好，真温泉! PS:管家苗苗服務太nice了，有求必應!

整體感覺還不錯，乾淨衞生。可能開業有些時間了，設施略顯陳舊，但服務還可以。親子套房和小童樂園滿足了熊孩子撒歡的需求。管家苗苗在入住前就聯繫對接，貼心到位的提供協助，十分不錯。

設施：設施配套有室外泳池，桌球，麻將🀄，中西餐廳等，温泉區坐接駁車過去才3分鐘，隨時都可以call車專送👍👍早晚自助餐品種還算比較豐富的
衞生：酒店房間，大堂衞生整體很整潔，雖然14年的酒店，但整體感覺還是比較高檔。
環境：除了以上的酒店設施外，酒店g層外比較多綠化走廊可以走走，温泉區附近也很多綠地草坪，適合拍拍片，夕陽西下很出片☀☀
服務：服務管家苗苗很好，酒店入住前會先聯繫大概幾點到店，閑時可以幫忙提前入住，有什麼問題都及時回覆，我們走了還貼心地問候回程到達沒有😊😊

入住當天全部滿房，別墅有管家服務。車輛在大堂辦理完入住可以開往別墅門口。每個別墅門口停車位有多有少，需要事先告知管家方便安排。別墅離公共區温泉很近，走路100多米。離大堂較遠，走路估計十分鐘。整個酒店在萬科樓盤內，可以開車去商業街。商業街市場，便利店，小吃飯店，葯店等一應俱全。可以買菜和生活用品回別墅做飯做菜。入住後下午有送曲奇水果盤，晚上送糖水。雙門大冰箱裏全部飲料免費暢飲。客廳有雙頭電池爐，微波爐，烤箱，麻將機，洗衣機。稍有不便的是私家温泉池熱水時間是下午三點到晚上十點，一共大概兩池水。因為天氣冷，泳池沒放水遊。主卧外還有户外沐浴，洗完直接開門進房，炎夏時玩水應該滿爽。

很棒的度假酒店，親子房不錯，就是靠近公路有點吵，風景不錯，温泉池沒有泡，也沒有告知幾點可使用，這點做的不夠完美，
2大1小自助晚餐:深受孩子喜歡的自助餐，海鮮很少；蝦不夠新鮮，但披薩不錯，小吃方面更有特色，水果也很甜！晚安牛奶很貼心，送了兩杯，水果很新鮮！服務做得比較好！
