新酒店非常好，乾淨衞生，通風，尤其前台服務非常貼心，躺着床上可以看見後邊山上的風景非常好，環境安靜。非常滿意，衞生乾淨，一塵不染，房間住着很安心，早餐也很nice，入住首選

實事求是的點評一下住店體驗吧。首先前台工作人員的業務水平真的很差，電腦系統一點都不熟悉包括登記流程根本不懂，催一下吧，態度就差，而且推諉扯皮！到房間，衞生直接可以説差到極點，根本對不起這個房價。所謂的智能系統就是擺設，沒用！以後再不來了！真的不值得推薦！

我們定了三間房，每間都是感應燈跟幽靈似的，在沒有任何聲音和走動的情況下，純憑它自己開心就亮，時間不定，長短不定。。和前台反應，回饋就是解決不了。。其他的都不錯，服務衞生都還可以。。就是不解決這個問題的話，膽小的客人就別嘗試了。。

近兩年來服務最爛的酒店，非常爛！房間感應燈是壞的，沒有聲音隔幾秒也會頻繁的閃，偏偏衞生間的玻璃又是紅色的很亮影響休息。打電話反應給前台，一直説找人來看也沒找來人，後面來個大爺一直強調是氛圍燈就這樣，你家的氛圍燈三秒閃一下嗎？無能也就算了承認你們的燈壞了那麼難嗎？晚上11點多反應的問題，快1點了還沒解決，還要給這個反應給那個反應？？你直接説今晚也別睡了就等你們吧。就這點兒破事偌大的酒店不知道怎麼解決？**的事層層反應？折騰到一點連個道歉都沒有？垃圾酒店

房間洗澡的下水有問題洗完澡到處的水。打掃衞生的把抹布都放在了房間，平時也就算了，畢竟假期的房間那麼貴，也太糟糕了。實在是不得不吐槽兩句。
