Facilities: Very convenient. The parent-child room we booked has a beautiful balcony and sea view. Hygiene: The hygiene is very clean. It is recommended for everyone to bring their children to play. Service: The service staff are very nice and enthusiastic, giving people a warm feeling. Environment: Super close to the beach. Just walk to the beach. Driving around the island is also beautiful and eating is very convenient. The children like the layout of the parent-child room very much, and also like the balcony to see the sea view. The hotel is located by the seaside. Our room was upgraded for free and the view was amazing. Hotel basically has everything you need, the breakfast is pretty good as well. The staff was helpful and attentive The only disappointment is that hotel was overcrowded , with way too many children. So it’s difficult to enjoy swimming pill facilities.

The hotel is good, very close to Silver Beach, just a five-minute walk away. There is a gym and a swimming pool on the first floor of the hotel. They are open from 6 am to 11 pm. It is really good. There is also the guest relations director Aquarius. When checking in, she specially helped us pick up our luggage and deliver it to the room. After staying for a few days, the little girl helped us solve a lot of things. Generally speaking, I am very satisfied with the hotel's butler-style service. The butler will give you the best experience within his own capabilities. He will show you the area around the hotel in detail. If you have any questions, you can contact the butler directly. If you want a quieter getaway with a fantastic beach and loads of great restaurant options nearby, this is your spot. It is quite a long drive to the train station or into Qingdao, so you are a little stuck, however, we wanted the quieter beach feel, and we got it. The hotel facilities were taken up for daily weddings, so we could not use the open lobby area and the executive lounge was closed. The restaurant was packed each morning and it was hard to get a spot, but the breakfast was good. The pool was busy, but nice with great big lounge chairs. The room was huge and mostly clean, but had not been vacuumed. They could improve their room cleaning routines. Make sure you try to get a room higher up. We were on the 7th floor and our view was through dirty windows right over the large roof. It was not our hoped for sea view suite. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again if we were in the same area. The beach and the public space with great food choices next door made up for the hotel shortcomings.
