Let me give a systematic evaluation 1. Abnormal noise We booked a suite of 55, and after sleeping for a day, we were woken up by abnormal noises the next morning. It was the kind of small sound that would come out from the glass. It was similar to the sound of water drops. We contacted the front desk, and the front desk changed us from the 18th floor to the 16th floor, the same suite of 55. Then there was still noise, and the front desk asked someone to come up and see, saying that it might be the glass expanding and contracting. Later, we upgraded to a large suite of 75 (the handling method was quite satisfactory). But unfortunately, there was still abnormal noise in the 75 room. I was really impressed. The same sound came from the glass + the sound from the ventilation duct (a bit like the sound of the bus engine idling). But I didn't contact the front desk again after discovering this sound. First, it was already the largest room (it couldn't be compensated better), and second, changing to the same room type might also have such a problem, so I was too lazy to bother. I bought earplugs and made do with it on the second night. On the third night, the earplugs were uncomfortable and I didn't sleep well. I bought this hotel suite thinking that I would rest during pregnancy, but I didn't sleep well. It's a bit funny. 2. Good service We had breakfast at Crowne Plaza. The food was OK. Wontons were better than noodles. Cold dishes were also good, but hot dishes were average. The service at the swimming pool was the best. Maybe it was not a public holiday, and there were not many people. The trainer at the front desk of the fitness center, the big sister in the women's locker room, and the safety officer at the swimming pool were all very friendly and made me feel at home. 3. Facilities The 55 suite was a bit stuffy because of the orientation problem. The bedroom had to go through the living room to get to the bathroom. The 75 suite did not have this problem. However, the wallpaper on the wall of the 75 suite was a bit cracked. The bathtubs in both suites were large, but there was a common problem. The bathroom was not non-slip, and the disposable slippers were thin and unfriendly. The hair dryer was too old, and the toilet was not smart. It was a bit cold to sit on. It was recommended to upgrade.
