我們在這裏住了21天。位置太好了，明年假期再來入住，衞生超好，位置好好，裝修超好。房東超也好，菜市場活海鮮便宜給力，景區門口，強烈推薦

選中這家民宿就是看中它位置便利，性價比高。位置就在電視塔腳下，青島動物園北門，去海濱景區坐公交方便，到地鐵也不遠。房子面積不大，但很乾凈。有兩張大床，一家人住合適。對面有超大市場，早晚買東西方便，旁邊早餐店也很好吃。附近有停車場，房東大姐很熱情，下次還住這。

客觀評價一下：房子在老城區，周邊生活便利，交通方便，老闆熱情，本地生活氣息濃郁。
但，房子不好找，老久小區裏面，位居4樓，無電梯，樓梯狹窄。內卧室雖然有窗，但窗外是別人家的小廚房，次日6點被窗外另外人家翻找東西聲，和聊天聲吵醒。
一進門就看到玄關有未打掃的煙蒂（本人不吸煙），和未收拾的用過的口罩，讓人初印象很不好。
廚房可以做飯，廁所狹小。
總的來説，按600一晚的價格，性價比不高，淡季價格下來可以考慮。

房子的位置非常好，姐姐一家住的非常滿意。房東特別熱情，有問必答。貼心服務。床品非常衞生舒適，整體都很滿意，適合全家出行。
