賓館是新建的，但感覺經營理念不行，大廳物品亂擺放，沒有停車場，房間連電吹風、一次性拖鞋都沒有，而且衞生間放的是略知洗刷用具。

房間太小，訂的還是店裡較貴的檔次，但是太小設施太差，電視櫃沒有，洗漱台沒有，晾衣架沒有，連香皂盒都沒有，甚至廁所都堵
