賓館是新建的，但感覺經營理念不行，大廳物品亂擺放，沒有停車場，房間連電吹風、一次性拖鞋都沒有，而且衞生間放的是略知洗刷用具。

房間太小，訂的還是店裡較貴的檔次，但是太小設施太差，電視櫃沒有，洗漱台沒有，晾衣架沒有，連香皂盒都沒有，甚至廁所都堵

優點：新裝修簡約風格乾淨整潔，卧具、空調、Wi-Fi很給力，有電梯，停車很方便，出門就是幾個公園小吃夜市很多方便！
缺點：隔音不好，半夜隔壁客人不懂按門鈴敲門説話有點吵，窗簾不遮光，睡眠質量好的可以忽略這些！衞浴間太小了，上廁所洗澡都可以湊合，那麼小靠牆角的面盆洗個臉刷牙弄的一身水，設計缺陷！
