果然，好評不一定是真情流露，但差評一定是實感表達。訂房前就看到一些差評，説的很是誠懇，但還是心存僥倖，也真是活該了。
酒店位置極其偏僻，門前是一排風力發電站，人跡罕至之所在。所謂的大堂，就一位工作人員。第二天，直接連大堂都鐵將軍把門了。
加了管家的微信，有問必答是值得表揚的，反映問題也能及時處理。但是！如果連最基本的酒店服務也都需要找管家討要，再花時間等待你們解決，是不是顯得你們的團隊極不專業、不認真、不負責？
衞生堪憂。回到打掃完的房間，從一樓到二樓，樓道上踩了一遛的泥腳印，這是在暗示我房間裏曾經有人來過嗎？來來來，咱們從腳印來分析一下，這位是先生還是女士？他進來幹嘛了？
沙灘的環境也很糟糕，無邊泳池裡，直接飄着個口罩，沙灘上各種垃圾可見，更噁心的是，看見好幾個遊客直接在沙灘上吐痰，這個實在是無法忍受。跟酒店反映了，回答説“我們無法管控其他客人”，我相信這一定是他們的真實想法，才會説的這麼理直氣壯。乍一聽，你説的沒錯，其他人我怎麼管？但反過來想想，秉承這種理念的團隊怎麼可能用心管理好這片沙灘？衹要交了錢買了票，後面你愛咋咋滴，至於那些臟臟、臭臭就交給大海吧，相信大海會有強大的自凈力。
停車是個大問題，從五國温泉到酒店本座，10分鐘車程，到酒店後找空位停車（難度係數五顆星），再步行到餐廳或者沙灘起碼還要10分鐘，大夏天的非常折騰。對了，有班車服務，30分鐘一次，但是呢，工作日的上午是沒有班車的哦，那怎麼辦呢？嗯，可以窩在房間裏看看電視……
早餐質量不敢恭維。品種少，質控差，食材相當廉價，你想找一盒品牌酸奶，那是不可能的，絕對不放過任何一個可以省錢的角落，蒸檔連蒸汽都不捨得開，涼涼的花捲也是第一次吃到。
作為一家主打親子的酒店，種種表現令人驚訝。酒店也好沙灘也罷，目測95%是家庭出行，你們服務的羣體可都是孩子們啊，不專業也就算了，糊弄的態度令人噁心。

第N次來住了～這次體驗的是北歐童話的主題別墅，一如既往的超預期，管家式服務特別貼心，我們錯峯出遊，温泉裏面沒有什麼人，玩的特別盡興，下次繼續來～

來不及拍房間內圖片啦；簡單一句話，五星推薦。我們是一家四口入住普通日式別墅（親子別墅訂滿了），但是客廳沙發真的很大，兩組一對也是完美的床（如果不介意，泡池邊的按摩床也很舒適）哈哈，性價比超高！ 別墅內温泉是有室內室外各一組的，空間非常大！目前有些冷就沒有去室外的公共温泉，但是小朋友泡別墅內温泉也很過癮。還搭配了濕蒸幹蒸房，真的是把湯館搬進房間了！ 管家服務特別好，我們需要什麼東西都能馬上送到，微信回覆特別及時，還幫我們辦理延時退房。 玩樂方面，附近有碧海銀沙（恆大旗下、免費、漂亮沙灘、如圖）以及黃金海岸（泥灘趕海、收費），風景不錯，但還是建議天氣熱點再去吧。

硬件和基礎建設裝飾是滿分的，彷彿讓你感覺到了泰國，但是軟性服務不行，還有管理比較差，一樓的衞生間也是有一股怪怪的臭味道，酒店還經營温泉散客生意，人員雜亂，整體達不到這個房價應有的服務和水準，還有私密性，這樣的房價在三亞同比可以享受到更好的海灘與服務。另外就是酒店的餐食和餐飲也做的不好，味道真的很不好吃。衹是光有這個建築樣貌而已，拍拍照還可以。

酒店自帶汗蒸房這點很意外，雖然離沙灘比較遠，但是有班車可以坐，而且比自己開車過去停的離海邊還近，挺方便的，要是🈶親子的房間就更好了，衹有一個大床，帶娃睡的有點擠，房間的沙發很臟，房間自帶的户外的温泉池也不乾淨，沒有泡，希望改進，送的五國温泉也挺好的，總體不錯，🈶管家，吃飯什麼的都可以喊管家開車來接，下次去啟東，還會入住的

適合帶小朋友長者一起來玩 一家住一套別墅就夠了長者泡湯 小朋去沙灘玩 我的別墅管家小鄒人很好 非常客氣熱情 走的時候遺忘了泳衣還幫我們快遞回來了。

我們兩大一小住的是泰國館 五國温泉酒店很大 主要是帶小孩子遊玩 房間很大很好非常有度假的感覺 還有自己的私人湯池可以泡 也可以到户外温泉泡 户外温泉可以連接五國館 很方便，還有私人管家張松花特別的熱情有問題會及時給到反饋很棒很棒；停車位有很多方便停車；和碧海銀沙有點距離，在日本館門口每半個小時有一部班車可以到達碧海銀沙樂世界王國等遊玩的地方，還算是方便（去沙灘不太好停車班車會比較方便）總得來説還是很好的一次體驗！

很值得推薦的酒店，我們入住的是芬蘭館，房間裏的温泉很受孩子們喜愛，最值得點讚的是管家松花姐姐，細心又周到，第一時間給孩子們送來了水果，早晨一個訊息便趕來房間帶我們去餐廳，還熱心的給我們介紹了其他幾個館的特色，很期待下次入住再見面哦！
