沒有熱水，沒有煤氣，半夜找人來修
二樓的水很小，朋友洗澡凍到了。
衞生一言難盡，廚房重災區，關鍵有小強，小朋友嚇得魂都沒了，牆皮掉的，我謝謝他。
氣味也不好，麻將機缺牌。
核下來也兩三百塊一個房間了，這種狀況真太差勁了，住了兩晚，國慶期間不想折騰了，不然就退了。

公寓在威尼斯小區內範圍很大無車輛是相當不便的，公寓性價比很低，進入小區另需收費的，平時象個死城人員很少所住樓衹要三户亮燈找吃基本沒有，不建議

説實話不太乾淨 有一直很大很黑的蟑螂🪳，不過沒抓到，在房間找了個遍，沙發後面發現個小的蟑螂。角落裡床背後很多瓜子殼，都沒有打掃乾淨，睡在床上夜裡被小蟲子咬到腿了。衹能説圖遊玩方便，比較近，將就將就。

真的很臟，最讓我噁心的是吹分機，所住環境跟圖片不符，所住地址跟攜程顯示也不一樣，孩子説，媽媽你把衞生間打掃乾淨啊，我怕臟，連五歲孩子都看出住宿的不衞生了，哎

樓層非常好，視野開闊，房間整潔衞生，老闆娘非常熱情，提供給了我們旅遊攻略讓我們少走了還能多冤枉路，去沙灘也非常近，下次來的話還會繼續選擇這裏。

方便是很方便，就是像住房一樣的三室一廳而且不需要辦理手續什麼的，建議準備微波爐和冰箱，床墊可以好一些！這樣更好提高服務，
