I am still living here. The hotel environment is very good. It is next to SOHO Square and has several swimming pools. It is all-inclusive and very worry-free. Food and drinks are available at any time. The meals are very hygienic. There are seafood meals every few days. All the employees are very polite. There is a minibus to the beach, which arrives in a few minutes, or you can walk there. The hotel has its own beach and beach bar. You can get towels with a card and snorkel from the platform. The scenery is beautiful. I think the price-performance ratio is extremely high! If there is a shortcoming, the room the front desk guy gave us at the beginning was behind the children's area. We asked for a big bed room and gave us a family room with two small beds. The facilities were very old and the balcony door could not be closed. I suspect it was because of the price increase during the peak season, but Ctrip's price is still okay compared to other platforms. The front desk did it on purpose, or it may be due to other reasons, which cannot be distinguished. Anyway, I asked to change the room and I was changed. The facilities in the new building are obviously much better.

Advantages: The hotel can only check in at 2pm. We arrived at noon. The front desk stored our suitcases and hung a sign for us to go to the restaurant for lunch first. After lunch, we went to the room at 2pm. It was ready. A waiter took us to the room and delivered the suitcases to the room. The food in the restaurant was OK. Chinese stomachs can be picky. The hotel staff, especially the restaurant water bar, were very enthusiastic~ The key point is: the room is very clean! The toilet is also good~ The facilities are modern and clean, which is very important for girls! The beach is really very big, very big, very big, and I didn't dare to go down. The location of the hotel and the sea are really beautiful. When I stayed at another hotel in the same week, it was very good to compare the hotels and services of the region. The variety of food was low and the taste was mediocre. As for cleaning, the dinner plates in front of our next room were not taken away for 2 days. The leftovers dried out in that heat. Therefore, the cleaning staff did not even visit the area where we stayed for 2 days. Our room was located in the central area right next to the pool. It's not a hotel I would choose again.

Normal hotel. All the reviews written are true. From the downsides I probably only will allocate the old room fund. But living in the bungalow is much better. On which line without difference. To all hand. There is everything. Chicken meat, beef, garnish whatever you want - rice, pasta, bite bite, pearl, potatoes, fries. On the beach there is a snack. Box juices. On the beach there is certainly not enough juices from guawa and mango, the rest are. At the restaurant, in the bars, at the pool they are present. Food is constantly filled. This is being monitored. The waiters run through, especially if they give them 1 bucks)) you will be remembered and will always serve what you love. Cleaners change bed linen every day!!! And they wash the room by pulling out the beds. Give slippers, brushes, pasta, water is constantly filled. The sea is chic. The wild beach is let off without problems. There are the guards of this hotel sitting. They don't care where you go. Beautiful reef. Children enter the hotel very comfortable. Can be without corals. On the neverland. The show is not very good, but the food is cool. The hotel solves all the problems. Thank you to the animators who have entertained my baby. Specially to the world. I also express my gratitude to Irina Hestreishn for solving all the issues. The hotel is worth your money. Next year we will come again!

We went as a couple and stayed 3days and 4 nights in this hotel. Locationwise is pretty amazing. Inside of the hotel is huge and well organized. We only had breakfast included but I suggest you to have all inclusive cause the food and variety of cuisine is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and welcome you HOME. They are vey helpful and kind and smily all the time. Thank you Sunrise, We see you soon

Bad service but great coral reef access at hotel to snorkel. Though the masks are extra charge so bring your own if you have them. Breakfast buffet and drinks were not great / overall there are better hotels to stay at in sharm.
