I rate everything (except check-in) as good. At the end of the review I put a detailed assessment. Unfortunately, the first day of our trip is a shadow. It was my 40th birthday. We were supposed to celebrate it at the hotel, but somehow we didn't feel like it...
I wrote to the hotel many times, wanting to confirm the exact location of our room, asking for a map and many other normal requests. Unfortunately, the reception responded to e-mails selectively and usually in a lenient manner "Kindly be informed that all the below request will be subject to the hotel availability" even if in the previous e-mail I asked various questions, e.g. asking for a map or the possibility of checking-in while sitting. The answers were similar in copy-paste style, as if they never once addressed the content of my questions.
We arrived at the hotel after 21. Unfortunately, I had to argue for almost 1.5 hours for a room consistent with the description of the one I paid for. I had to answer questions such as: why I didn't book directly through the hotel's website, and the receptionist seemed to deliberately not want to show me the hotel's website with a description of my room... in the meantime, my children and wife were hungry, and my 1.5-year-old son was running around the hotel risking an accident (we were already exhausted physically and mentally, and he was running around the huge lobby)... Check-in was terrible, like in a 1-star hotel - it was the day of my 40th birthday... unfortunately, the whole review does not fit here .
