This was our last stop when visiting Greece. In addition to being a spectacular area, this hotel checks all of the boxes. It is modern, clean, comfortable and has a few touches that make it nice to come back to after a day touring or at the beach. Beautiful views and excellent breakfast served to the room each a.m. Owners are lovely and dedicated to making both the property and your stay enjoyable.

Kotroni Villas are so lovely and are run by Panos and Angelki and they are a very welcoming family. The rooms/apartment were spotlessly clean and well equipped ….check out their website (available in English on the site menu) Kotroni.gr Each morning a freshly prepared traditional Messinia breakfast was delivered to our room. It was Faboulous ! We sat eating it on the balcony overlooking the Ionian blue azure sea …a brilliant start to the day ! Conveniently located for the wonderful beaches and Supermarket and petrol station . 5 mins away by car is the lovely Finikounda village with lovely shops restaurants and bars. Nearby Methoni,Pilos,and Gialova are all worth a visit for nice restaurants .

I don't know where to start...our stay was excellent! The villas were located about 15 minutes from Methoni. You drive up a hill to get to them and our unit had a view of the water. The view was gorgeous. Our villa was small - hac a king size bed in the room, a small kitchenette area and a small bathroom. The unit was extremely clean, comfortable and very quiet. We hac a balcony to enjoy with a small table and 2 chairs. Breakfast was brought up to our unit by Panos in the morning and we ate on the balcony. This was by far the best breakfast we had on our trip to Greece. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend Kotroni Villas

Small little houses in a beautiful garden, calm with a nice view wherever you look makes the perfect place to enjoy your stay. The warm welcome of Angelki and Panagiotis made me feel like coming to friend’s house. And the next morning was the sweetest surprise of all -the tray of a fantastic breakfast offered in our room with delicious home made food that varies from one day to another!!! Beautiful beach in 2 minutes driving! We were so fortunate to swim next to a small sea turtles! A place you want to come back ❤️

Beautiful, clean, great b&b. So much attention to detail and very well thought after. The Breakfast? breakfast of champions as they value this meal so much...You can see the love and though that went to every single ingredient that has been added in and my goodness the owners... awww the owners... beautiful inside out people. Visit them! what a great experience!

Fantastic villas, very clean, confortable with view to the sea. Amazing breakfast with local products and recipes serves in the room. The sea is absolutely magnificent. The hosts, Panagiotis and Angeliki are wonderful people.
