I didn't like the hostel. I stayed in an attic room, it was poorly cleaned. There is a lot of women's hair of different colors on the bedspread. It’s not at all hygienic that there are slippers (not disposable) at the entrance, which you need to wear if you don’t have your own. Apparently people here are not aware of the fact that diseases such as fungus exist... the shower is located in the basement, you can go to it almost through the kitchen. The shower room looks very shabby, it’s really not pleasant. The feeling that you are in the basement of a public Soviet toilet. The owners could spend money and make repairs. Direct disrespect for the visitor. For some reason, in the capital and St. Petersburg the level of housing for the same price is one level higher...

I stayed here for four years with friends, but suddenly something went wrong)) What has changed: - the contingent has changed from runners and climbers to sanatorium grandmothers with grandchildren. This is not bad, but grandmothers watch Galkin on YouTube at night without headphones and noisily put their children to bed (in general, have pity on the children, do not put them in a hostel); - when checking out after 15:00, an amount of 300 rubles suddenly pops up for storing luggage (WHAT? - in any hostels things are stored for up to several days without problems). Now about the personal: When paying for my stay, they told me the cost of housing was 2 times inflated and did not give me a receipt. When leaving, I accidentally found out that the cost of housing was less, and asked (without much hope) for a refund. The guy behind the counter went crazy, shouting that I was lying and defaming him in front of the guests. Literally, “I’ll call the police now and you won’t fly away!” (Tough). I would be glad to stay in my beloved Pyatigorsk, to be honest, and agreed to the police, but for some reason he didn’t call)) *** I understand that my review will not stop the sanatorium grandmothers from coming to cheap housing near the Flower Garden, just be be careful, take a check for your stay and be prepared for prison tricks.

Отличный хостел в самом центре Пятигорска! Дёшево и стильно! Была на Теплосерной. Недостатки обнаружить не успела - была транзитная ночевка. Из "нюансов" - несколько этажей без лифта, учитывайте это, пожалуйста. Бронировала заранее (без предоплаты!), по приезду моя бронь ждала меня. Спасибо администраторам Марине и Александру! Категорически рекомендую!

Отличный хостел , очень вежливая девочка администратор. Чистые номера и душевые,большая кухня и зона отдыха. Удобное расположение хостела в городе. Хорошая цена и качества :) если будут ещё в Пятигорске обязательно заеду 😁
