The location is very good. The floor is high and overlooks the main venue of the Sydney Olympic Games. The scenery and services are very good.

100% loved to say here! Service and staff were the best ! Nice and tidy, very kind people and a welcoming environment.
My only small concern was that the wifi connection was not the best to my iPhone. Still I did not ask the staff if there was anyway to improve it due to it not being a major concern for me. So may be my own fault.

Staying at the Novotel was a very enjoyable experience.
Staff were friendly and helpful along with the hotel being in a great spot to the the stadium.

Property was central to my needs.
When I booked, the photos on line must have been taken when the property was new, because it was very different in real life. The amount paid for the room was far too expensive for the facility. Should be only rated as a 3 star.
The bed was the worst I've ever slept on. Very disappointed with the whole experience.

We had a fantastic stay, greeted at the door with a giant smile and even got an upgrade to our room. Novotel is in the perfect location, the staff are wonderful and helpful and the rooms have everything you could need! 10/10 - we will definitely be coming back!
