Double check bathroom facilities, towels, air conditioning etc. You can forgive some problems when checking in because ob's response is good

the mattress is not soft and there are lots of dirty corners of the room, the homeguest is friendly but the receptionist is not friendly, then the parking lot is full of cafee visitors, those who stay don't get enough, don't want to stay here again
