Good location. Able to walk to several nearby beaches. Close to Sandy beach where they had beach chairs and umbrellas to rent for the day and surfboard rental. Hotel was clean and nearby bar had great music.

My son and I enjoyed Casa Verde. The solar power and rainwater for freshwater are great ideas. No complaints about the room. The surf shop was great and has a great t shirt selection. We liked the food at Big Kahuna but the music is so loud we only went once. Impossible to have a conversation. It was loud all the time, customers or not. I love loud music but not constantly in my head when eating. That’s really all we didn’t like. A band the night before we left until midnight? It’s a small neighborhood and just didn’t fit the overall vibe. The whole building was shaking. Unnecessary.

We loved our time at Casa Verde. Everyone was super friendly. The place is clean and safe. It’s very a convenient if you’re visiting Rincón.

Staff was great, Jerry the security checked us in, and answered all questions we had, and the next day met David, where he was also very helpful with recommendations.
The room was clean and stocked with proper toiletries. There was parking, and a restaurant right across the street. Didn’t use the pool, but there was one available, and the beach was only a 3 minute walk. Def a spot worth checking out:)

I loved the location but the pool was dirty, the outside bars were not open. The Big Kahuna was fun though. I probably will not return although the staff was very friendly.

The property is very nice and though it is secluded it is close to many places to eat, shop and surf. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the surroundings businesses. You ask them what you are looking for and they will let you know where to get it. My wife and I love our stay and would recommend this property to anyone.
