Use to be an amazing Hostel, Gustavo was a qualified manager that make sure your stay was all what it should be. It is not a cheap hostel, private rooms are even more expensive than other hotels in Punta. But now it is managed for kids under 20, that are more interested on being part of the crowd than the job. The cleaning is border line alarming, randomly sweep the floors, never washed the floors in the private rooms and bathrooms, hairs from past guests everywhere, no soap, no toilet paper renewed, etc. How on earth can the owner have such unqualified, no hotelier experience whatsoever, almost minors run such a place? The breakfast is good, the house was beautiful, but they need to seriously step up the cleaning and personnel. I would bet there is no way they pass an inspection from the city.

Súper noisy prívate room, said had mini fridge, it ddidn'tt, staff rude, said had Netflix, have to neg for it. Many (UL) different prices for the rooms (?) Noise from pingpong table, kitchen,.staff playing with guest nd washing machines 1:30 i'm the morning. Unreal. Máxima plain rude.
