The hotel is very overpriced. I recommend avoiding the hotel. Almost all the rooms are at the pool and all the time is very noisy. The breakfast is poor and bad Rooms inside are generally clean. They changed us more than we should pay. The surrounding area looks very dangerous.

The room Was nice but the receptionists had no idea how to organize tour trips to tortuga island for the next day ..no lift in the hotel or when I asked for a blanket for the bed they didn’t have any..we checked out after one night as couldn’t do tour to island .we had booked originally for 2 nights.

Great place to stay for a few nights and chill. Enjoy the great, clean hotel and nice pool with the shaded areas that you need in this climate. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food and drinks are superb and I would try anything on the menu with complete confidence. Prices are sensible and compare very favourably with other hotels in Costa Rica. I hope we can visit again!

All the staff was incredibly helpful. Went out of their way to answer any questions that I had. Ingrid at the bar was an absolute delight and I hope she continues with her english lessons ond enjoys the book I recommended. I will be back!

The place is pretty. Great swimming pool and rooms. All very clean, good customer service and amazing food.
Parking is narrow, it is difficult to use. They really need to get more parking space.
Had trouble with the shower in the morning: water flow went from zero to enough and then zero, prolly lots of people taking a shower at the same time, was afraid of ending up with soap all over.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in for Puntarenas. My only complaint would be the limited parking near the hotel. When we arrived the parking close to the hotel was full so we had to park 200 metres lot which was safe but a bit of a walk from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and rooms and rest of hotel were clean. Overall I’d recommend it.
