On FC road Pune as per location this is the good hotel, service required some improvement, hotel charges are reasonable, ample parking space , staff are very helpful, food quality is good, room size is sufficient, every room are having balcony, overall good experience.

The rooms including bathrooms have gone old and require to be refurbished. If you book through the hotel website then the rates are lower than if you go directly and book the room. The food quality is not up to the mark which is also futilely expensive and all the items mentioned in the Ala-carte are not available. Also, the bar is not well stocked as per the rate card. The Vodka and Whisky brands we asked for though mentioned in the rate card were not available. Similar was the case with beer, full bottles of fast-moving brands were not available and only pints were available. Not a value for money place.

The hotel is worst because of inhu*** behaviour of the ***agement. They are cruel. They are unprofessional. Don't opt to stay there. They will ruin your trip, put you starving for no reason. Please don't choose this hotel.

it was great experience with very helpful staff . At heart of the city with ample parking space you can't find any other hotel at such cheaper rate than Hotel Ashish Plaza, vry precious and well maintained.

Whenever I'm in Pune, I stay at this hotel. I have been visiting this hotel for the past 15 years. And every time I'm surprised by the room decor and facilities getting upgraded. The rooms are neat and clean with a flat screen TV and a electric pot for in-room tea and coffee. None of the rooms provide you with a view. Decent housekeeping and room service. The staff has been with them for ages and hence have become complacent with absolutely no knowledge of customer service.

Staff is tooo good and cooperative But the room are old and bathroom was not that nice .....It was like resident I think it is average But food was nicee and enjoyed that much ........................

The property is old, rooms are not good and bathroom was clumsy. We complained about the shower in the bathroom but no one came to fix it. They are not even providing the toiletries in the bathroom. The only positive point is its location but there are ***y good hotels in this area, one must explore. I not at all recommend it for stay.
