We came here after our previous accommodation ended up being super smoky and not stellar. This was definitely an upgrade and was clean, still a tiny bit smoky, good kitchen, and good, communicative check in

The San Martino room served our one night stay perfectly. There is no front desk but the owner sent us information on how to get into the room. The owner also explained how we can get parking on the street. The room itself was basic but clean and comfortable. We liked it because it was close to town. We had the ability to watch Netflix which was a nice bonus.

The place has an excellent location, closed off the main attractions. it is difficult to park a car in the region. the rooms are nice.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral zur Altstadt und man findet sich schnell zu recht. Das Badzimmer war sauber und ordentlich ebenso, wie der Rest des Apparments. Frisches Badetuch und Frottiertuch wurde angeboten. Kühlschrank sehr gross und funktioniert einwandfrei. Parkplatz im Innenhof vorhanden. "Grössere" Gemeinschaftsküche im äusseren Gang vorhanden mit Tisch und Stühle. Läden um Fenster abzudunkeln waren sehr gut auch wenn es hell ist draussen. Das Empfehlungsbüchlein für Restaurants, Ausgehmöglichkeiten und Strände war super detailliert. Der Innenhof wo sich der Parkplatz befindet ist umständlich zu erreichen resp. wenn man drinnen ist kommt man nur über das Garagentor in das Haus. Die Nachbarn hatten Freitag Abend ein Fest veranstaltet, was leider sehr gut zu hören war im Apparment! Leider keine direkte Ansprechperson, da diese nicht im Appartment sind beim einchecken, hat aber soweit alles gut geklappt.
