Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa

Great service, especially helped us out when we had our flights cancelled.

Staff & service was good overall. Food and drinks were just okay, nothing impressed us. Reservations are needed for dinner at the restaurants, best ones to eat were the Asian one and the Cevicheria. Breakfast at the Chula Vista buffet room was good too. The rooms are a bit outdated, lots of families with kids, loud music at late hours of the night coming from the bar and beach area.

Hard to communicate, none of the staff could speak english. Very pushy with upgrades & segregates you if you’re not part of the “fiesta club”. Food was decent, Italian restaurant took 1 hour for appetizers to come out. Housecleaning woke us up ever. Single. Day. & entered into the room every morning 9am & 10am without fail despite having the do not disturb sign on the door and telling them no. You can’t get complimentary anything including no late check out & they will charge you even if you checkout and need to hang around waiting for your departure flight which is uncommon at all inclusives. Even beach towels, they will mark how many you have and you have to sign and return them or you’ll get charged. Went with a group of friends for a bachelorette- they did not do anything special too. Just go somewhere else unless you’re specifically looking for a budget family resort near downtown PV. They have no amenities or game rooms for people over the age of 12. No buffet and you can only dine at reso only dinner restaurants so it’s hard to be flexible with your schedule, if you miss your reso, you are simply not eating. They also shut down the breakfast/lunch buffet between 12pm-1pm which is odd because it’s peak lunch period. Beds were comfy though

Had a very pleasant time. Good was good not great but good. Staff was very hospitable attentive and friendly. Felipe and Diego at the seafood restaurant went out of their way so did Johnny and and the waiters at the pool area. Only complaint was when one the the girls at the towel station gave away my chairs that I had reserved at the pool area. According to her I had left my chairs unattended for more than an hour when all we did was go have breakfast and came back to our chairs at the pool which only took about 30-40 minutes. Other than that my stay there was very relaxing and peaceful. I tidally recommend fiesta Americana and would definitely stay there again.

We definitely were happy with upgrading to the Fiesta Club level. We felt the perks were noticeable and service was an extra touch. We also appreciated the premium drinks. The food was great at all the restaurants. We will be returning not only to PV but to Fiesta Americana.

Amazing Property! The lobby was the most inviting experience I’ve ever had! Staff and Food is top notch! Rooms are excellent with all ocean views! My kids and I would have loved kayaks and paddle boards included for the ocean however.. overall, super happy 😃 and a perfect location close to the Marina and Malecon and shopping malls!!
