Tierra Guaraní Lodge

I visited the lodge with my husband for 5 days. The place is very nice, the hotel is located in an area corresponding to the Iryapu nature reserve. It is an area with vehicular traffic, but that provides contact with nature. The employees are very friendly and always provided a very pleasant atmosphere and willingness to solve any situation, such as booking dinner and taxis. The facilities are very nice, it reminded us of a safari hotel. My only criticism is regarding the white clothing. I was expecting it precisely: White, both for image and hygiene reasons, since white clothes were expected to be washed with bleach or some disinfectant, and when I saw that, for example, the towels were blue or yellow, I understand that they were not exposed to bleach. For personal reasons, taste and hygiene, I expected it to be white. And I think if they made that change, they would easily go up a Level. The cabin had more than enough space, and has a balcony with a deck that overlooks the jungle. Very nice. The shower was impeccable, in temperature and space. We have had dinner several times in the hotel restaurant, which had affordable prices. At a rate of 2500/4000 depending on the menu. And approximately 600 for an individual soda. We have had dinner at an average of $5,500. (Good) On Tuesdays, the kitchen is closed, but at the Mercure, the hotel next door, the food is very good, also at a reasonable price, considering that we are in the middle of nowhere and a taxi to the center would be close by. 1500/2000$ one way. The difference in the menus is that at the Mercure, they provide table service and at the pituca they do not. In front of the hotel there are several Guaraní communities to visit, the long excursion to the river cost us $4000 per person, a 1 hour and a half walk through the jungle, jumping waterfalls, bridges and descents. Then the community was visited, but a visiting distance was always maintained. In the jungle hotel sector, it is a closed circuit that can be done on foot of approximately 6 km or maybe 8... The reality is that I was going to do them running, since I train, but I wasn't in the mood and I did them walked, the watch counted the distance but without the GPS, so it remains in doubt if it is 6 or 8 km. Anyway, in that sector, with good traffic, there are many hotels and Guaraní communities to visit. A few meters from the hotel, along the route, there is a YPF and a wild animal reserve and care park (which we did not visit since we do not share the ideology of having wild animals locked up to entertain people - if it were just rehabilitation as they say, They would not be exposed to people's stress) There is also a botanical garden with an ice bar and a zip line park (we did not visit any of them, but the references are good and they had a cost of $6000 per ticket, except for the zip line park ) There are also excursions to the falls, from there, and going towards the center h
