They may not be the best photos to show the place, but you can see the space of the room and the Mallorcan summer vibe that emerges from it. We got an apartment with a kitchen and its accessories, coffee maker, oven and dishwasher. A super comfortable and spacious bed, with sockets on both sides of the bed to charge both laptops and mobiles. Sink with shower, towels and shampoo/gel included. A spectacular place to spend a few days on the island. The facility has a swimming pool and tennis courts at your disposal. Very close to the beach and a beautiful cove. When we were there, only the Portocolom supermarkets were open, but right in front of the enclosure there is a Spar for shopping.

Written in retrospect - visited as a couple late september/early October for 10 nights. This hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the beautiful bay with boats bobbing on the water. It is quiet which suited us perfectly and we found it a joy to walk along to the old port of Porto colom passing various restaurants and a small square of bar/restaurants along the way. There is a lovely pizza restaurant just down from the hotel (turn right) which we visited a couple of times - beautiful food! The hotel is lovely - we were b & b basis in a standard double room which was spotless and recently refurbished to a high quality - the bathroom was really nice with a large walk in shower, decent size balcony and the most comfortable king bed. Rooms cleaned every day and regular towel changes. Breakfasts were amazing and in the most beautiful setting overlooking the bay. There was something for everyone - hot cooked food including a fabulous omelette station and continental meats, cheeses, fresh bread, fruit, yoghurt, pastries etc. Staff at the hotel were great and very friendly - from the reception staff, bar staff to the cleaners. Very helpful and always there to help you have the best holiday possible (the welcoming staff at breakfast were so nice - a lovely way to start the day) All areas of the hotel were nice and well kept - all in all there was nothing to complain about, I really liked this hotel - so much so that I've booked to return next september which is a real compliment for someone who likes to try different places. We loved Porto colom it's so picturesque - fair enough it may be too quite for some but if that's the case go somewhere busier and livelier. Honestly I cannot compliment the hotel and holiday enough - book it, you won't regret it! The beach is beautiful too with a great beach bar and lovely bay for swimming/cooling off in the warm water. There are bars/restaurants and a few gift shops on the way to the beach - the Mexican restaurant is fab! If you want lots of shops then this isn't the place for you - there is one large supermarket however but other than that they are few and far between. We did catch the bus to cala D'or which takes about 20 minutes (we stayed here previously) and it is also a great place - busier vibe. Finally i'd like to say a huge thank you all the staff at the hotel for making this holiday so special, relaxing and beautiful - just what we needed. Can't wait to come back, majorca is such a beautiful place and Porto colom is really special!

Had a lovely chill out week, in this great hotel. Plenty of room in my suite, lovely decor/colour scheme. Lots of cupboard and drawer space, matteress and pillows were comfy. Only criticism, the metal toilet roll holder is to low and to close to the toilet on the wall. Room was cleaned every day, towels were changed when I needed them to be. Restaurant is well laid out, except for the low lights above the tables. Witnessed many people banging their heads on them, including myself. Food was good at dinner time, i always found something I liked to eat. Did not agree with having to buy bottled water to drink, with evening meal though. I have been holidaying abroad 4 times a year for 20 years. And found the water was always left on from the breakfast machine and available free at dinner. I did find it unusual that there was certain veg served up at breakfast. Like, peas, sprouts, carrots, plus battered calamari from night before. Pool area was lovely and clean, but just a bit more attention paid to wiping the metal parts on the sun beds, as they were a little grubby. A big shout out for Paula on reception, she made us feel so welcome. Friendly, helpful, smiley, and a big asset to the hotel. Also another big shout out to Mosses in the dinning room, always greeted us with a smile and a few friendly words. Always on the go and we never saw him stand still once. I think promotion should be on the cards for Mosses as the restaurant manager. Also another hard worker that we noticed was Sofiane. He was so polite and a well mannered hard working young man. All in all, myself, my son, daughter inlaw 2 granddaughter's 2 and 7, and had a lovely stay. And will be returning next year.
