Hostal Residencia San Francisco

The bathroom wasn't part of the room, it was across the corridor sealed with a padlock, there was no indication of this at booking. The beds were clean but small. The room was very small with no space for personal items,(luggage/no bedside table etc.). No convenient power points. No AC. Generally tired décor. There was a fridge, microwave and crockery which may be useful for some guests. I had only booked one night and was very glad to leave the next day.

Reasonable accommodation for a reasonable price.

It was basic, but served it's purpose as a Stopover as you travel around the island. If your looking for peace and a quiet place to chill this area is ideal. A couple of days maximum to see all it has to offer. Hostel is close to the bus for transport but can be difficult to book in an get access to your room. It's cheap and you get what you pay for. No food facilities but you have a fridge and a microwave in your room. A small balcony and there is several cafes and a supermercado within walking distance of the hostal. Quiet an secluded it did its purpose. To be honest if it was in a city it would be perfect and probably twice the price. The small pool is a nice touch where you can cool down after a day in the sun. Overall I would rate the place 7/10. Would stay again if in the area. If your looking for

The room was quite old but clean tidy and comfortable good enough for what we payed. And in a good location

Most awful horrendous disgusting place I've ever stayed at. The pictures online are very misleading. It doesn't fit basic health and safety regulations. It's the kind of place that you'd find in a Stephen King book. 2 broken fans, a broken light, bumpy mattresses on wooden planks, it stinks of dampness, it hasn't been renovated for at least 40 years. Extremely overpriced, I paid 175 euros for 2 nights and left after just 1 night. I'm going to issue a complaint to the local authorities since I can't actually believe they're allowed to operate as a hotel.

This hotel sucks! We payed 10.000 Danish Kroner for this! We booked a sea view room, you know what we got? A room that didn't have windows, but had a balcony.... THAT FACED THE ROAD. They said it was free housekeeping and towels. Which ended up cossting us 5 Euros each! The pool was dirty and never cleaned. They don't even have AC. Which costs 15 Euros a day! Not at all like the pictures. They don't have check-in, which is in the other hotel. No breakfast and no dinner. And the room was very dirty! When we entered there was a pair of underwear on the floor in the bathroom. How bad can this get! And a really bad and unsafe bus will pick you up to go to the airport. Not at all like the pictures! I don't get how this has a 3.5 rating. So MAD I used my summer break on this BS!

The balcony was nice and the area but it was very dirty and we only had one fan for two rooms. The shower was mouldy too.
