Everything was perfect, but I was always asking them to put extra bottles of water in the room (( they didn’t)) and once I called reception to ask for water he say (( we are running out of drinking water, you have to buy in the shop near 24/7)) what is wrong with you guys??? No water??? Are you serious??

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful architecture. It’s a hotel dedicated to wellness, and they do a great job. My husband stayed there couple months ago and had a wonderful yoga session with Karen Lozano, the session was so great that he decided to bring his group of friends to have the same experience. Unfortunately they didn’t have the number of rooms to accommodate us all; but we were still able to organize a class with Karen (sound healing) and it was amazing!!! The rooms are beautiful, super comfortable, and they offer free aromatherapy. The restaurant has a wonderful variety of healthy choices. My only recommendation is that they should let the guest know about their free classes at check in, I found out too late that I had that option.

Hotel muy conveniente para visitar puebla y alrededores, la ubicación es fabulosa, a pie de las más importantes atracciones de la Ciudad de Puebla, restaurantes, y avenidas, y medios de transporte. El desayuno que incluye básico pero suficiente y de buena calidad. No se pierdan comer un buen mole en La chiquita (solo cruzando la calle). / Very convenient hotel to visit Puebla and its surroundings, the location is fabulous, on foot from the most important attractions of the City of Puebla, restaurants, and avenues, and means of transportation. The breakfast it’s included, and it’s basic but sufficient and of good quality. Don't miss eating a good mole at La Chiquita (just across the street).

This hotel is just5 years old and attractively decorated and furnished. Well maintained and sparking clean. The happy, accommodating staff is a huge plus here. I will confess that my Spanish is shaky, but everyone was extremely patient plus fron managers all seemed be English fluent. Breakfast buffet was inviting carefully groomed and replenished. Be aware that the food is Mexican, no white toast and bacon in sight. My room was spacious and comfortable with an oversized HD tv. This place is a real gem!

Perfect for the price. Like an Ibis actually. Small rooms like in Tokyo and very clean. Nice view to Angelopolis Mall. Breakfast included. Only issue is the noise . Not soundproof at all. Shower had a good pressure. Hot water good. Air conditioning directly into your direction. Big issue: only CNN (eeewww) but you aren’t here to watch tb anyway.Glad it was empty this weekend as you can’t sleep when you get other guests next to your room. It’s obviously not the Hilton but fulfills its purpose. Walmart Express next door.

Very good impression of this hotel, cost-effective, better and cheaper than Mexico City Airport. Well, the airport is for connecting flights. There is a bus from Mexico City Airport to Puebla. It takes ten minutes to get off the bus and take a taxi to the hotel. The traffic is very convenient. The breakfast is local, but the scrambled eggs and broccoli are very suitable for the Chinese stomach. Hahaha The fruit is very fresh. The room we booked does not include breakfast. We paid for the card in the morning. The waiters are very good, but not much English, but the basic communication is still no problem

Nice hotel from the outside, paper-thin walls, no soundproofing whatsoever. Enjoy your neighbors’ tv programs while you try to sleep. Bummer: no fridge is working, And seeing the last year in reviews it’s been going on for a while. Saving electricity or just bad fridges? Or let’s blame your penny pinching attitude on Covid or global warming?… Not a good impression for one of Puebla’s more expensive places. Apparently they got the refrigerators for decoration. Upgrades for HH Diamond? Sometimes but not really, depends how moody we are,doesn’t it ? Absolutely and totally inflexible ,greed is everywhere in this place and certainly not a good example of a hilton. Starting with the listless and Tip-greedy bellboys ,that can’t even say hello, ending with utterly cheap and bad construction inside. Can you imagine to be woken up by a neighbor opening the curtains in an adjacent room? Well, here you get it all. Then even better: Lying into your face about Upgrades not available,then on their website…wooosh all empty, just pay for it. Greed is good? Not always. Bad,bad impression. Best thing is the terrible location in the middle of nowhere next to an 8 lane expressway. The next shopping center is 2 km away. You need to have a car or risk your life by crossing the highway and catching a public bus to get to the center which is like 1 hour away. They have a Starbucks on site which doesn’t even accept the Mexican App and has made-up prices as I haven’t ever seen before. In a regular Mexican Starbucks a coffee costs you around 1.70$ here be prepared paying 5$…lol I won’t ever return to this one. Somehow I am not very tolerant when people lie at me ore consciously try to rip off. Loving the 5 star reviews, either coming from Hilton employees or people that never stayed in real hotels…or living in a shed.(sorry,shed-dwellers) Forget about this place. Something positive : cleaning staff is doing a hard and thorough job, all of the restaurant crew was exceptionally professional and friendly. The problem is reception and their made-up rules as well as their greedy behavior as mentioned before. The Restaurant staff saved you from 1 Star…not that you would care, I know …
