El hotel está súper bien ubicado, muy buen servicio, el único problema es que es algo pequeña la ducha

We had already stayed at this hotel twice, the last time in 2019. As we had good memories, both of the accommodation and the location, we chose to stay for 3 periods last August, as we would arrive in Santiago and the next day we would go to Punta Arenas, for 1 week, then we would return to Santiago for another 3 days, we would go to the Casa Silva Winery Hotel for 3 days and return to Santiago for another 4 days. Upon arrival, the room disappointed us, as we had booked a room with a double bed and there was only a single bed (a difference between the website in Portuguese and Spanish). The air conditioning did not work and the windowless bathroom did not have adequate ventilation. Breakfast has few options and there is no replacement of items during service hours, although, theoretically, it is served until 10:30 am. On the second stay, the room, which was already bad, became worse. In addition to the air conditioning not working, the unventilated bathroom smelled like sewage. Bed and bath linens are aged. Problems with breakfast persisted. We chose to give up on our 3rd stay and upon returning from Casa Silva, we went to the Regal Pacífic Hotel, where we were very well looked after. My advice is to stay away from this hotel. The only good thing is the location, but compared to all the other drawbacks, it doesn't make any difference. If you want to stay in the Providencia neighborhood, there are much better options.

We used this hotel twice before the pandemic (in 2018 and 2019). We returned in August 2023, hoping to find the same quality in the apartments and service. We were very disappointed. We had planned to stay, during the month of August, in three different periods, with stopovers between a period in Punta Arenas and between a stay at a winery. This year, upon arrival, we already noticed the difference. The air conditioning didn't work (which prevented the apartment from being air-conditioned, which was very cold). The TV remote control also didn't work (it only turned on the device, but didn't change channels). At breakfast, although it has a good variety of items, the coffee drink is restricted to what is available in the thermos. There is no replacement of coffee or other items. It's over, bad luck for you. In the second period, the air conditioning also did not work, as did the exhaust system in the bathroom (which did not have a window). This caused smelly air to enter the bathroom through the ventilation duct and permeate the apartment. This forced us to leave the bedroom window open, even with the air conditioning broken (making the room temperature unpleasantly low). The reception staff, although attentive, do not solve these problems. So, don't complain. There is no need to worry about providing adequate maintenance. We gave up the third period at Eutotel (although our stay was already fully paid for). We went to the Novotel Providencia and then the Regal Pacific. In both, the quality of accommodation, service and breakfast far exceeds what we found the two times we were at the Eurotel Providencia.

Padrão médio,funcionarios extremamente gentis e educados. Estrutura do quarto e café da manha bons. Problema que para sair agua quente no chuveiro,deve-se abrir a torneira e deixar por volta de 5 min até esquentar. O mais interessante é que existe no banheiro uma mensagem “AJUDE A CUIDAR DO PLANETA,NÃO DESPERDICE AGUA “. !!!! Finalmente ,acho que solucionando este problema,e um pequeno hotel economico que atende uma boa faixa de turistas. Indico mas não voltaria. Mesmo assim agradeço a atençao de TODOS os funcionarios.

Hotel mostra sinais da idade, como pisos descascados e móveis surrados, porém tudo funcionou, inclusive o ar condicionado. Limpeza impecável e ótima localização. Poderiam melhor o café da manhã, que não possui produtos de boa qualidade, além de faltar itens como salada de frutas logo no início. O café deveria começar mais cedo, pois há passeios que saem antes das 07h, e nada é oferecido. Chegamos pouco antes das 14h mas mesmo assim o senhor da recepção nos fez esperar dar 14h pra fazer o checkin, e obviamente o hotel não estava lotado…, porém saímos 08h no checkout e nem se fala em reembolso. essa falta de pequenas gentilezas faz a diferença, vale a pena considerar.

El hotel está en una ubicación excelente en Providencia. Cerca de la estación de Metro y de la zona comercial. Es un buen punto para recorrer la ciudad. El edificio es cómodo al igual que las habitaciones. Éramos una familia de cuatro en un cuarto con dos camas dobles. Amplia, limpia, buen baño e internet. También ocupamos una cochera porque fuimos en auto desde Argentina. El desayuno es correcto y el personal de recepción y limpieza muy atento. Sin dudas me volvería a alojar allí.

O quarto é um pouco pequeno, bom, simples, mas nada demais. O problema do quarto é que o corredor do andar que ficamos parecia um puxadinho. O elevador é minúsculo!!! O banheiro é muito bom. Café da manhã é bom, mas o problema é a reposição. Tivemos que pedir duas vezes a funcionária para repor, e mesmo assim, ainda demorou muito. Isso foi bem desagradável para um hotel desse nível. A localização é boa. Rua tranquila. Cama confortável. Fomos no verão e o ar condicionado funcionava bem.
