An excellent stay at all aspects. Tasty food ,really great service, clean hotel. Late checkout for free and writing now enjoying my tea with the best view from my room balcony. Definitely coming back!

Lovely hotel, amazing food and fantastic staff. Would definitely go back. Relaxing pool area great location one minute walk to the beach and short stroll to the towns bars and restaurants. Couple of negatives the pool and restaurant toilets are a bit of a hike and please supply more vegetables on Roast Night.

Can I start by saying the hotel is generally ok and so are the staff. But!! I have been here a wk now and craving food which is hot and not just warm at best. Breakfast is about the best meal of the day but it goes down hill from there on most days. When I booked this holiday the hotel boasted of three restaurants but failed to mention one is closed another you have to pay for the use of leaving the third. The bikini beach restaurant this is where you can get lukewarm limited choice food. Unless you are a paying customer, they get food from the a la cart menu piping hot and very different to what the all inclusive guests get. They also have a much more varied drinks menu. I have already eaten out twice and will continue to do so as I am here for another three days ( unfortunately ) and like good quality food served hot and also to be treated the same as all the other holiday makers. Being made to feel second rate to others when I have already paid a premium price is not what I expected and will not return to this hotel. I could go on about cleanliness of hotel rooms and much more but I will leave that for my email to tui. I have been to my rep and lodged my complaints but expect very little to be done. Tui you should be ashamed of urself for supplying this package to paying customers and at best review your start rating and pricing at this hotel. Vrissaki you really need to up your game.

Stayed here with a group of mates, one of whom was celebrating his birthday. Location: The hotel is ideally located- 5 minutes leisurely walk to the beach, 5 minutes in the opposite direction and you're on the Protaras *****. Despite this I wasn't disturbed by any noise at night. Cleanliness: The hotel is immaculately clean. I don't think I saw a speck of dirt between the pool and my room. My room was cleaned twice a day. Spotless. Food: I didn't always get up for breakfast, but when I did, I'd say it was above average- good international choice, well cooked. Lunch is a la carte, but included with the all inclusive. The portions are massive, personally I thought the best options were the pasta and the local Cypriot options like Souvlaki. Dinner is a theme buffet- every night was great, I don't think I've had a better hotel buffet than this. Each night is themed so the dishes compliment one another, and the quality is excellent. Birthday boy didn't like all of the themes and the chef quite happily cooked him something else instead- you just have to ask. Entertainment: Not a massive hotel, and we were end of season guests, but they did have singers and musicians around the pool and some nights in the bar. All added to the atmosphere, and all were talented. If you want more, you're super close to the bars on the *****. Room: Room was great for me, comfy bed and a hot shower. Birthday boy got himself upgraded. One couple in our party stayed in a suite and it was very nice, particularly if you're intending to spend a lot of time on the balcony because you get some sort of massive sofa lounger. Staff: I can echo other reviews saying how friendly the staff are, the manager (Niko) is super approachable and often in his office. Dave and Vlad on reception were also great, as were the staff on the pool bar. Bar: We were all inclusive plus, and overall I think the bar was great - inside and outside are relaxing places to socialise or prepare for a night out. If I had one niggle about this hotel it would be about the all inclusive and making sure you get what you've paid for at the bar. The premium spirits are just that, but you do have to insist on them or you'll get the local brands.
