Check in was quick, friendly snd efficient. Could not get hot water for shower so had to skip shower. Toilet was 2 inches from vanity so very limited space. No caulking around bathtub and tile on floor ended 1/2 inch before tub.

The bathtub was filthy. Tile and grout chipped and dirty. Wall trim broken pieces of wall missing around tub. Grout around sink dirty and broken. No housekeeping!

The hotel was older and needs a room remodel . It was clean and the service was excellent. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Ideal location for ease off the freeway . The king suite was spacious and comfortable. It did need a new bathroom sink and many updates but water was hot and bed was great ..For a one night stay it was fine .The price was right and location was my main reasons for the choice.

Good location, staff was nice, that’s really all that was good about it.
They gave us a smoking room when we asked for non smoking, hair all over the shower, dirty toilet, red stains on the toilet paper, broken furniture, broken tile in the bathroom. Honestly the worst way I could have utilized my money. Hopefully we can get some money back for the next night, because we cannot handle the smell here.

First step in the lobby when we arrived we smelled pot. The desk woman was nice but,in my opinion stoned. She took 15-20 minutes to check in two guests and me. Typing slow and acted confused. When we finally got our room and key we grabbed our bags and walked down a dirty, grimy carpeted hallway. Gross. Used the card key she gave us and it didn’t work! Walked back down the gross hallway, I wanted to walk right out the front door and leave but our room was prepaid online so.. we got a new key to a different room, our first room was by the stairwell and we knew that would be loud with people using them.we were on the 2nd floor, our room was dirty, surprise surprise. Floor,bathtub,toilet,tables,tv all gross,dirty.Our sheets were clean, thank God! Sleep, dressed in the morning and got the hell out of there! Didn’t even stay for the free breakfast. Never Again!

Fantastic value for price. Nothing to complain about really, breakfast was actually better then some more expensive hotels I have stayed. Definitely would stay here again.

The staff went above and beyond for us but unfortunately the place was so dirty. Carpets were sticky, mold growing in the bath tub, shower curtain holder was falling off the wall, curtain was broken and to top it all off woke up with bed bug bites on my legs. We won’t be staying again due to the run down condition and dirtiness.

Great place to stay. I felt safe, staff was friendly, bed was cozy and breakfast was amazing!! Close to food and shopping. Bathroom could use some attention.
