The location is quiet and close to the fair of Milan. The service is excellent and the people are polite and efficient. The place is a good choice for visitors of the various exhibitions in Milan.

We had a very pleasant stay at Monica. The staff at the reception & restaurant are very courteous and welcoming. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Michele at the restaurant took good care of us. The menu can have some more choices , that's a suggestion form our side.

Location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. We had a garden room which was lovely and spacious but more a view of the drive way than garden. The room was very clean and the large bed was super comfy. WiFi worked perfectly. Unfortunately they do not have the air conditioning working during the day time and even though they provided a fan, the room was unbearably hot and stuffy. There was a nice selection to choose from, from the buffet breakfast. We had an evening meal at the restaurant which we found underwhelming and overpriced for what it was. The reception staff were all really friendly and helpful as were the breakfast staff. The free parking was a bonus.

The hotel was well situated for my needs. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Wi-Fi worked well and was reasonably fast and free. There was a good selection available at breakfast. Staff were all friendly and could not have been more helpful.

We were only one night in this hotel on our way to Imola but enjoyed very much our stay ! Thank you for the private parking. The rooms were very clean and staff were very friendly.

You find out how a good hotel is when you have a problem and see how well they deal with it. During a recent business trip to Milan I had major issues with a back injury and needed significant medical assistance. The care and support the staff and owner of the hotel provided was nothing short of exemplary. Monica and her team went out of their way to help me in every way possible, sourcing a Dr, fetching medication, providing regular meals, it was fantastic, and I am truly grateful.

I felt fine all the time at the hotel. A good atmosphere. One small thing: The firness machines are too weak / vulnerable. With my weight of 80 kg. the machine was moving too much from side to side. I would come back again
