Check-In was terrible. Phone systems were down as well as computer systems. It took over an hour to get to a room. She kept saying the third party booking agent I used made a mistake and the virtual card they entered wouldn’t work. Not sure how she knew since all TRU Hiltons computer systems were down. I tried paying out of pocket again just to get to a room and she couldn’t process that payment either. I didn’t room keys, Wi-Fi password, so I couldn’t use any of the amenities. Terrible experience.
