The environment is very good, the breakfast is very good, the service is also very good

The room feels like a low-end version of Ibis, there are no tea bags, coffee bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and only two toothbrush cups. Inform the hotel in advance that the kettle will be equipped. The room is not as big as Ibis, but adequate. The temperature of 3-13 degrees does not turn on the air conditioner (is it a period of energy shortage in Europe? I can't say it, the front desk said that someone would come to check and no one would come), but fortunately, we went to the main station to hug us on the night we checked in. Two quilts (the main station said no one let us go by ourselves, but there were actually two boys at the front desk). I slept in the double bed until the morning and found that it was separated. Fortunately, they were all honest people, hahaha. The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a five-star standard. The trash cans in the room are classified, the robot tray for breakfast is relatively novel, and the transportation is quite convenient. Cleaning is probably only after check out, no one came to clean for 3 days.

The hotel is clean and friendly. The breakfast is neatly prepared. It is a hotel with more European travelers than Asians. The people at the desk are very friendly. The hotel location is 200-300 meters from the front and back of the hotel, and there is a large shopping mall. There is pleasure in traveling by tram. ㆍWe stayed in a suite because Desk Cheek One upgraded the room. ㆍIt was so nice and thankful to have a veranda ㆍ

First impressions of the hotel were good despite the hotel looking shabby as it claims to be 4 star the reception staff were very welcoming during check in, however everything went downhill from there. My room was not ready by check in so I was told to wait and the reception staff I had to deal with subsequently was very unprofessional and patronising, answering a phone call and talking for 10 minutes in the middle of issuing my room keys leaving me standing there despite me telling him I was tired from the journey. The hotel corridor leading to the rooms looked grim and depressing. Surprisingly on the plus side, rooms were much nicer and clean. On the other hand, no toiletries were provided despite being claiming to be a 4 star hotel. The hand wash/shower gel/shampoo seemed to be the same liquid and the only toiletry provided. The bed frame was undoubtedly a double but made up with two single mattresses which doesn’t make much sense. Everything else in the room was decent. The facilities the hotel were subpar as well, the gym was full of old rusty equipment, whilst not the best gym it is better than a lot of hotel “gyms”. The pool however, was closed due to “technical reasons” is what it said on the notice, very convenient. The room-keeping staff on checkout day were very unprofessional, barging into the room without knocking from 8AM and following up a couple more times, despite door being chained locked. Overall, my experience at this hotel was lacking for what I consider to be 4 stars, from the staff and rooms to the amenities and facilities, I would not return.

We were there in December, a attempt was once to stay outside the center. The hotel is about 20 km outside in no country. Rooms were private, bathroom before bed, so everything is wet when doing shower. Breakfast no special. Rooms very bright. Many visitors with dogs who called at night and in the morning. Although the entire facility has some charm and the staff was nice: Summa summarum a pureness.

Heating is not working very well otherwise is OK. 10 min walk to the shopping mall Westfield which has a metro.

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

Lovely clean hostel in a great location as within a few minutes walk of metro station and ten minutes away from Prague main train station. Old Town can be reached within a ten minute walk or via numerous transport options by the hostel. Area appeared safe with numerous fast food restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms very modern and private.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

It is a modern building, we had a family room which was spacious and the beds were comfortable, and we had stunning view from the 19th floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The breakfast was simple but delicious, they filled up the buffet quickly, there was never a shortage of anything, and there was even oat milk.Good transport to the city center, the tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. Excellent value for money, hotel quality at a hostel price.
