Hotel is conveniently located in the Motomachi shopping arcade, a few minutes walk from the Hanshin and JR stations. The free coffee and drinks provided on the 2F was great at the end of the day of sightseeing and shopping. Room was a bit on the small side but adequate for one person.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, they provided an extra pillow when we requested. There is a microwave on level 2 which you can use to heat up your convenience store food items after.However, we had some issues with the room. 1. The aircon green light is very bright and shines down on your face through the night, would be good to cover it with something. 2. The window blinds are right behind your head and have big gaps allowing large amounts of light to come through in the morning. The toilet was also quite small with limited hanging space.

The stay was just so so, strategic location and delicious chocolate drinks were provided but the room were smaller than expected & bed were rather stiff & uncomfortable for me. Anyhow kudos to the counter staff for their excellent service!

Service was excellent, they were very welcoming and gave the option to store the luggage before the check-in and even after the check-out. Room was clean and had every necessary goodie. Location was easy accessible, 3 min walk to JR Line or HS.

The room is on the smaller side comparing with the two hotels I lived in Osaka and Hiroshima, but enough for solo traveler like me. The location is just no comparison. I can walk to the harbor and the main shopping center in 15 min. There are so many good restaurants around.

Overall, it's pretty good. The room is small but has everything you need. The only downsides are that the toilet is a bit cramped, making it uncomfortable when you're sitting, and the location is frankly a bit out of the way. Even though it's on a shopping street, it's quite a walk to the subway station.

The hotel's location is excellent, right on a shopping street. There's a 7-11 to the left downstairs, and plenty of drugstores nearby. It's very close to Shin-Kobe and Sannomiya stations. If you want to go to Kobe Port, it's just over a kilometer's walk. The value for money is superb. Next time I come to Kobe directly from Shanghai, I'll definitely stay here. The front desk service was also great. I traveled alone in Japan, and Kobe was my last stop and also where I found the most satisfying hotel. The room facilities were complete, and overall cleanliness was quite satisfactory.
