Lovely clean hostel in a great location as within a few minutes walk of metro station and ten minutes away from Prague main train station. Old Town can be reached within a ten minute walk or via numerous transport options by the hostel. Area appeared safe with numerous fast food restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bedrooms are spacious and bathrooms very modern and private.

The hotel is elegant and decadent. Conveniently situated and a short distance to the city main shopping high street and amenities. The bedroom was tasteful, spacious and quiet. Staff are attentive and friendly that created that level of ambience. Special gratitude to the concierge gentleman and the young waitress at breakfast. Breakfast buffet and in my opinion provided a good selection for our requirements. It's a shame that the hotel restaurant was not opened in the evening as we would of loved to have dined in it for one of our evening stays. However, we did enjoy our stay there. The only negative really was that there was no coffee/tea making facilities in our room. I would of expected this as a standard particularly in a 5 star hotel. That said, we would recommend the hotel. It's beautiful, ideally situated, and like I said, the staff were friendly.

On the last night of the Czech Republic, I decided to set up a high-end hotel. The interior environment is good, clean and tidy. This is the only hotel in the Czech Republic that has prepared slippers. Hahaha... The front desk is also super good. We will prepare the map for us and help us set the next day. The taxi to the airport is regrettable because there is no calculation time and no early breakfast.

A good hotel, I feel that the service is a bit cold. I am given a room with a skylight. This skylight is very high. I can’t reach one meter and seven. To open this window and pull the curtains, I have to use a pole. The second time was an uncle waiter to help me get it (he said that he would call him again in the future, this praise is very good), but I think it is very troublesome to call people to open the door every time. Later I learned each time. a sweat

We stayed 5 days in this recently refurbished hotel, our room was brand new, good size for Europe, nice lounge, coffee machine and nice bathroom, including rain shower There are some teething problems such as the air conditioner not working, so the rooms are a little hot, and no English channels on the TV. The service we received was excellent from our check in experience including great dining suggestions, our room attendant Osanko made sure everything was in order and checked to see if we required any additional items. Breakfast each morning was a lovely continental range and again very attentive service

This just few steps from the whole attractions of the beautiful Prague old city, shopping malls, restaurants, bars, everything is within a minute or two walking distance, undisputable location. Rooms are specious and comfy, bathrooms are also wide and big, AC works properly.. Rest of hotel services are typical excellent standard of Marriott. Breakfast is rich with plenty of varieties, however, there are NO big dinning options at the hotel despite of its big size, yet this is not a big deal cause the moment you step out of the hotel front door, nice restaurants are loaded everywhere. Bit expensive but will book it again if in Prague.

Went to Prague on the 4th of October, staying somewhere else on the 5th and returning back on the 6th, (two nights in total in the God Bank hotel) We travelled over for a football match out-with Prague. We had left match tickets you mistake in the hotel, we didn’t have enough time to return to Prague to collect the tickets. After contacting the staff at the Gold Bank, they came to our rescue by sending individual pictures of all the tickets, this allowed us to get them reprinted at the football stadium. We are very grateful. The staff were courteous and professional from the moment arrived, we all enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this Hotel, it’s only a short walk to the train station, bus station, bars and restaurants.

The room feels like a low-end version of Ibis, there are no tea bags, coffee bags, toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, and only two toothbrush cups. Inform the hotel in advance that the kettle will be equipped. The room is not as big as Ibis, but adequate. The temperature of 3-13 degrees does not turn on the air conditioner (is it a period of energy shortage in Europe? I can't say it, the front desk said that someone would come to check and no one would come), but fortunately, we went to the main station to hug us on the night we checked in. Two quilts (the main station said no one let us go by ourselves, but there were actually two boys at the front desk). I slept in the double bed until the morning and found that it was separated. Fortunately, they were all honest people, hahaha. The room was clean, and the breakfast was amazing. It was a five-star standard. The trash cans in the room are classified, the robot tray for breakfast is relatively novel, and the transportation is quite convenient. Cleaning is probably only after check out, no one came to clean for 3 days.

The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

It has the charm of an old house, and the room has modern decoration. When you check in, when you are tired, a free drink will warm your heart. The staff in the lobby, bar or restaurant are all high-quality, and the free refreshments provided by the hotel are very good. Let me rest my stomach before I need to take medicine. It's a great hotel, recommended!
