I stayed in this hotel with my friend and we loved it. The rooms are so cute and nice and everything was cleaned really well, even the carpet floor. The employees were very nice and patient with us. Not only is the hotel amazing it’s also in a convenient location with the subway and tram right down the street and only a 30 min walk to the old town square. All in all really simple but beautiful nonetheless and it helped us fall in love with Prague and the people there. We will definitely come back again!

I traveled alone to Prague, and booked a golden well two days before and after the birthday; this hotel is awesome! I also lived in A***. The service level of this hotel is no different from A***; as they say, treat their guests like kings.... When checking in, there was a welcome juice. The receptionist was very enthusiastic to help me draw a recommended route on the map; the uniforms worn by the reception staff were very classical and refined; Room11 is a 24-hour public service room with internet access and free coffee; the paintings on the wall are also great! I lived in Room14, and when I opened the window, I could see the famous green dome and red-top building; I could hear the bell ringing on the church; wifi was very fast; The bathroom is made of Molton Brown toiletries, an old-fashioned service provider for the British royal family; the bath and toilet are Duravit, the toilet and the toilet, the smart flush is very good; The hotel's restaurant has one of the best views of Prague, but it's very difficult to book, so make a reservation in advance, while enjoying the food while overlooking the entire Old Town of Prague, listening to music is really super enjoyable; but the price is also in line with the top restaurants in Prague; My birthday afternoon hotel prepared a birthday cake for me, it was really a surprise, the cake tastes great! I think I will come back to this hotel with my parents and children next time; but unfortunately I have not experienced breakfast. We spent a great 3 nights in Prague and this must be one of the best hotels in Prague city. The location is excellent, and you can see the Charles Bridge, John Lennon Wall and many bars and restaurants along the way within a few minutes of walking. The room we stayed in was superb and Michaela prepared a bottle of red wine and a glass of sparkling water for us as a welcome gift. The service was impeccable and all the staff were friendly and helpful. If we come to Prague again, we will never consider staying at other hotels.

I liked our stay at the Augustine. Nice bed and nice pillows. The staff were friendly and wanted us to have a comfortable stay. I used the sauna and steam rooms that was quite good with the complimentary ginger tea. The hotel is central to most places the castle, the Charles bridge were all within walking distances. The negatives the breakfast is poor for a 5 star hotel and needs to be addressed quickly. We went to the breakfast room and the buffet was not great. We ordered from the menu not great too. It would also be lovely to have some biscuits in the room to go with the Nespresso coffee.

Overall very good! Location: Although not in the old city, but the surrounding is very quiet, Prague law and order is also good, although no one but feels very safe, and although on the river side, but close to the Grand Palace, walk to the Charles Bridge for 5 minutes. Service: Very welcoming front desk, responsive, very gentle breakfast service uncle. Diet: I like all kinds of sausages. Although I didn't have breakfast when I booked, I also confiscated my money... There was a piano playing at dinner, and the song was not very lyrical. Room: I chose a suite and shared a balcony next door, but no one next door, fresh air in the morning, toiletries are L'Occitane, the only drawback is that there are too few outlets

Super location. Walkable to most of the main tourist attraction. Lots of restaurants and cafe surrounding. Closed to tram and train station. Grocery also round the corner. The hotel is pretty old. Breakfast is standard, not as good as other hotel I stayed in Prague before. I got a room in building C, which quite long way to go and need to change lift to get to the room. Good point is super quiet room.

So far not impressed with this hotel. Upon check in, clerks were not helpful at all. Traveling as a couple and given a room with single beds. Asked if we could have a single larger bed the response was “ call house keeping and see if they can move the beds together.” Then got to the room and realize the beds are attached to the wall with a permanent night stand in between. Next, wanted to order from room service. The “app” which is just a link to a website, will NOT load, so we literally cannot order from the “online room service” — the only option to order. Tried to connect with the computer, and that didn’t work either. Also was told their is a fridge in the room and you can order items to stock it. Again app won’t load. Also no fridge in room. Wi-Fi is also very week. Zoom business call kept disconnecting. Only given one pillow per bed. Called down to front desk and requested two more. Was told housekeeping would bring them. And hour later, called again since no pillows arrived. We were told housekeeping is closed and they can only take requests in the morning. (This was all before 10 pm.) Looking for other hotel options for the remainder of our stay.

We spent a week here. The exterior of the hotel is reminiscent of the communist era, but the interior of the hotel will make you forget it quickly, so don't be intimidated by the hotel's exterior. The room was clean and very big, the interior was very nice and comfortable. We checked into this hotel with a Firefly voucher at a very reasonable price. The voucher includes hotel breakfast. For a 3-star hotel, this choice is very correct, so we are symmetrically satisfied. The waiter's service is also very good, our check-in and check-out procedures are very fast. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. One night we decided to try to finish our meal a la carte in the hotel restaurant and we were really amazed by the quality of the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. We had the best risotto in all of Prague. Recommend everyone to try it.

We stayed here 2 nights on our way to Croatia by car. The room was big and suitable for all 4 (2 adults and 2 daughters 16&19). We made a very late booking and also had a ferry delay but the staff made all the arrangements for a smooth late checkin and also the parking for the car. The hotel is centrally located with walking distance to the center. Would absolutely recommend the hotel, especially for the serviceminded staff.

Stayed at the Praha 5 with my husband and two sons plus their girlfriends (all in their 20s). We were all impressed with the wide comfortable beds, the stylish bathrooms and the friendly service. (I was there on my birthday and they marked it with birthday cake and towel sculptures :-)). The breakfast was tasty too and the hotel was very clean. This area of Prague is a 25 minute walk from the Petrin Tower, but very close to a good shopping area, and eating out around here is relatively cheap.

I’ve never been to Prague before, and so didn’t know the area well. I managed to get a really good deal for a standard room on *********** and was heading out there for my 30th birthday with my boyfriend. I wrote a little note asking if there was anything they could do to make it special - when we arrived the lady on the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful - we made it up to our room and I was blown away when I opened the door. They had upgraded us to one of the top floor suites, filled the room with balloons and a birthday banner. I was speechless, it completely made my birthday. We had a stunning view of the castle! The hotel is in a fabulous spot. From the airport you can get a bus and tram ride which for two people was around 100czk. We walked everywhere, and I would say that if you’re happy walking definitely do so, the buildings are beautiful, and everything is within a comfortable walking distance. We woke up to snow on the last day, it was magical! Since returning I’ve recommended the hotel to so many of my friends and colleagues because it was fantastic. Thankyou so much for making my birthday so special! ❤️

We stayed at U pava and it was very good. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was of a reasonable size and there was a Japanese-required bathtub, so I was satisfied. Consideration is necessary when using a shower because the shower curtain is not installed due to design restrictions. I want a sofa instead of a chair in the front room of the suite. Very good location, close to Charles Bridge and close to the castle. There was a currency exchange service at the front desk, but a fee was charged and the rate was not good either. It is safer not to use it because there are money changers all over the city. The ease of picking up luggage during sightseeing is the best.

A lovely traditional hotel in a great location. The hotel is right at the end of the Charles bridge so it’s really easy to get to all of the main sights around the city. We couldn’t believe how quiet our room was considering it’s location. There was lots of choice at breakfast and we particularly appreciated the free tea and coffee that was available all day. The room was spacious, and toiletries and a hairdryer were available. Would recommend.
