Golden Well

Lesser Town Prague|0.72km from Letenské jezírko
I traveled alone to Prague, and booked a golden well two days before and after the birthday; this hotel is awesome! I also lived in A***. The service level of this hotel is no different from A***; as they say, treat their guests like kings.... When checking in, there was a welcome juice. The receptionist was very enthusiastic to help me draw a recommended route on the map; the uniforms worn by the reception staff were very classical and refined; Room11 is a 24-hour public service room with internet access and free coffee; the paintings on the wall are also great! I lived in Room14, and when I opened the window, I could see the famous green dome and red-top building; I could hear the bell ringing on the church; wifi was very fast; The bathroom is made of Molton Brown toiletries, an old-fashioned service provider for the British royal family; the bath and toilet are Duravit, the toilet and the toilet, the smart flush is very good; The hotel's restaurant has one of the best views of Prague, but it's very difficult to book, so make a reservation in advance, while enjoying the food while overlooking the entire Old Town of Prague, listening to music is really super enjoyable; but the price is also in line with the top restaurants in Prague; My birthday afternoon hotel prepared a birthday cake for me, it was really a surprise, the cake tastes great! I think I will come back to this hotel with my parents and children next time; but unfortunately I have not experienced breakfast. In addition to the price is slightly more expensive, the room is a little bit small, there are no shortcomings.

Four Seasons Hotel Prague

Old Town
The consistent style of the four seasons is quite satisfactory, no big mistakes and no big joys. The service is also very good. Also received chocolates. There are almost no people in the spa pool, so I went to a private room. The only problem is that I forgot to put the do not disturb sign... and was interrupted many times: cleaning, checking the minibar, refilling the minibar, turning down the bed... a bit annoying... and many others. The doormen greeted each other warmly. It is useless to evaluate foreign hotels here. don't give me feedback either...

I stayed in this hotel with my friend and we loved it. The rooms are so cute and nice and everything was cleaned really well, even the carpet floor. The employees were very nice and patient with us. Not only is the hotel amazing it’s also in a convenient location with the subway and tram right down the street and only a 30 min walk to the old town square. All in all really simple but beautiful nonetheless and it helped us fall in love with Prague and the people there. We will definitely come back again!

The two families moved in with their children and gave them the number of children when booking. They actually cost another € 80 each. Parking fee is 40 euros and it feels expensive! The front desk is not friendly. I wonder if it is related to politics?

The room was clean and the front desk was happy to help solve the problem. For example, free luggage storage, help to book a car to the airport, if there are many people, book a business car, the price is very reasonable! A pick-up service is also available, although it is charged, but it is reasonable and the price is fair. The driver picked up the card and waited for the aircraft to wait for nearly an hour! Breakfast is abundant in Europe, and there are some. Hotel location is very good, you can walk to the old town attractions. Close to the subway bus station, it is convenient to travel.
