Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!

The hotel is simple but well located. The room and box are small but clean and the beds are good, hot water in the towers. Breakfast leaves to be desired, you could have more options, it is very simple, but the value compensates.

Hotel at excellent prices, good rooms, well in the center of Porto Alegre , next to the cultural Mario Quintana house, close to excellent bars and restaurants options. The only disadvantage is that it has no parking or convenience, but I still recommend.

All right.Excellent location, 24-hour manufacturer service, very complete breakfast, several options zero lactose and gluten-free.Restaurant with various dishes and price accordingly.A kids area missing, because it doesn't have. In general, we have a lot of clean and comfortable beds, we have already hosted several times and we will surely return.
